Efectividad del programa educativo en el conocimiento sobre Covid-19 en pacientes del Centro de Salud Renal Primavera

| dc.description | This thesis constitutes a quantitative - pre-experimental study, which examines the effectiveness of the educational program "Covid-19 Preventive Measures" on knowledge about Covid-19. It was carried out at the Primavera Renal Health Center, the sample consisted of 70 patients, who met the inclusion criteria, to whom the Level of knowledge questionnaire in preventive measures for covid-19 was applied through a virtual platform, before and after the educational program. The statistical software IBM SPSS STATISTICS version 25 was used. Before the application of the academic program, it was possible to show that 64.3 per cent of the patients had a low level of knowledge, followed by a medium level with 32.9 per cent and last very few with a high level of 2.9 per cent. After the execution of the educational program, it was possible to verify that most patients obtained a high level of knowledge of 94.3 per cent and very few at a medium level of 5.7 per cent. For the statistical analysis, the T-Student test was used for related samples, concluding with a significance level of 5 per cent (p-value <0.05); In other words, the educational program was effective in increasing the degree of knowledge about Covid-19 in the patients of the Primavera Renal Health Center | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis constituye un estudio de tipo cuantitativo – preexperimental, que examinó la efectividad del programa educativo “Medidas Preventivas del Covid-19” en el conocimiento sobre Covid19. Se realizó en el Centro de Salud Renal Primavera, la muestra estuvo constituida por 70 pacientes, que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión, a quienes se le aplicó a través de una plataforma virtual el cuestionario Nivel de conocimientos en medidas preventivas del covid-19, antes y después de realizado el programa educativo. Se empleó el software estadístico IBM SPSS STAISTICS versión 25. Antes de la aplicación del programa educativo se logró evidenciar que el 64.3 por ciento de los pacientes tuvo un nivel de conocimiento bajo, seguido de un nivel medio con 32.9 por ciento y finalmente muy pocos en un nivel alto con el 2.9 por ciento. Después de la ejecución del programa educativo se logró contrastar que la mayoría de pacientes obtuvo un nivel de conocimiento alto con 94.3 por ciento y muy pocos en un nivel medio con 5.7 por ciento. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba T-Student para muestras relacionadas, concluyéndose con un nivel de significancia del 5 por ciento (p-valor<0.05); es decir el programa educativo fue efectivo al aumentar el nivel de conocimiento sobre Covid-19 en los pacientes del Centro Salud Renal Primavera | es_PE |
