| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación se centra en el estudio de los pacientes con Enfermedad Renal Crónica Terminal (ERCT) y tiene como objetivo conocer la influencia del soporte familiar en el proceso de adaptación del tratamiento de los pacientes de hemodiálisis, ésta se ha llevado a cabo tomando en cuenta una muestra de 58 pacientes, los cuales llevan a cabo su tratamiento de hemodiálisis en el hospital de Alta Complejidad “Virgen de la Puerta” ubicado en el distrito de La Esperanza en la ciudad de Trujillo. Esta investigación es de tipo mixta, ya que se han combinado los enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo para su estudio; así mismo se cuenta con dos variables para su análisis, el soporte familiar y la adaptación al tratamiento. Además, se ha utilizado la metodología de tipo descriptiva haciendo uso de técnicas como la entrevista, la observación, la encuesta y la revisión de fuentes documentarias. Las diversas técnicas y la aplicación de instrumentos han permitido recolectar información para luego realizar un profundo análisis, comprobando así que el 100% de los pacientes encuestados ha afirmado que su familia ha sido un gran soporte para su proceso de adaptación; además, de que un 67% de los encuestados considera como oportuno y adecuado el tiempo en el que ha logrado adaptarse. | |
| dc.description.tableofcontents | ABSTRACT This research focuses on the study of patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and aims to know the influence of family support in the process of adapting the treatment of hemodialysis patients, this has been carried out taking into account a sample of 58 patients, who carry out their hemodialysis treatment at the High Complexity Hospital "Virgen de la Puerta" located in the district of La Esperanza in the city of Trujillo. This research is of a mixed type, since the quantitative and qualitative approaches have been combined for its study; Likewise, there are two variables for analysis, family support and adaptation to treatment. In addition, the descriptive methodology has been used making use of techniques such as interviews, observation, surveys and the review of documentary sources. The various techniques and the application of instruments have made it possible to collect information and then carry out an in- depth analysis, thus verifying that 100% of the surveyed patients have affirmed that their family has been a great support for their adaptation process; In addition, 67% of those surveyed consider the time in which they have been able to adapt to be timely and adequate. | |
