Clima organizacional y el nivel de estrés laboral en enfermeras

Abstract
La presente investigación de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional, de corte transversal. Se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el nivel de estrés laboral, La población estuvo conformado por 40 enfermeras(os) que laboran en el servicio de emergencia, a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios, uno para medir las dimensiones: estructura y responsabilidad individual del clima organizacional, y el segundo para determinar el nivel de estrés laboral: reacciones fisiológicas, emocionales, cognitivas y conductuales. Para el procesamiento de datos se utilizó el programa estadístico IBM SPSS STATISTICS Versión 25. Los resultados sobre la relación entre las variables en estudio indican que el nivel de clima organizacional regular, el nivel de estrés es de regular a bajo (30.0%, 22.5% respectivamente), por otro lado, el grupo con clima organizacional calificado como Bueno, el nivel de estrés es de regular a bueno (27.5 %, 20.0% respectivamente). El valor de la prueba Tau b de Kendall es de 0.008 con probabilidad de 0.962 siendo no significativa, no existiendo relación entre ambas variables laboral. Por otro lado, según la correlación de Spearman Brown entre el clima organizacional y estrés fue de -0.015 con probabilidad 0.926 siendo no significativa.
Description
The present investigation was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship between the organizational climate and the level of work stress in nurses. It is quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional. The population is made up of 40 nurses who work in the emergency service to whom two questionnaires were applied, one to measure the dimensions: structure and individual responsibility of the organizational climate, and the second to determine the level of work stress: physiological reactions, emotional, cognitive and behavioral. For data processing, it was used in the statistical program IBM SPSS STATISTICS Version 25. The results on the relationship between the variables under study indicate that the level of regular organizational climate, the level of stress is from regular to low (30.0%, 22.5% respectively), on the other hand, the group with an organizational climate rated as Good, the stress level is fair to good (27.5%, 20.0% respectively). On the other hand the group with an organizational climate rated as Good that of stress is from a regular to good (27.5%, 20.0% respectively). The value of Kendall's Tau b test is 0.008 with a probability of 0.962, which is not significant, and there is no relationship between the dimensions of the organizational climate: structure and individual responsibility, with the level of work stress: physiological, emotional, cognitive and behavioral reactions. The Spearman Brown correlation between organizational climate and stress was -0.015 with probability 0.926 being non-significant, there being no correlation at the population level between organizational climate and stress, in the same way it is observed that there is no correlation between the dimensions of organizational climate and stress dimensions
