dc.descriptionA study will be carried out to compare the Efficacy and Safety of partial cholecystectomy with respect to total cholecystectomy in patients with gallbladder gangrene treated at the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital; the population will be made up of all patients with gallbladder gangrene treated at the Department of General Surgery of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo during the period January - December 2020 and who meet the corresponding selection criteria; through an analytical, observational, prospective cohort design. The determination of the relative risk will be carried out; the 95% CI. The absolute risk reduction and relative risk reduction with respect to complications will be calculated to assess the efficacy of the surgical strategy under study.es_PE
dc.description.abstractSe llevara a cabo un estudio para comparar la Eficacia y Seguridad de la colecistectomía parcial respecto a la colecistectomía total en pacientes con gangrena vesicular atendidos en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo; la población estará conformado por todos los pacientes con gangrena vesicular atendidas en el Departamento de Cirugía General del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo durante el periodo Enero - Diciembre 2020 y que cumplan con los criterios de selección correspondientes; por medio de un diseño analitico, obeservacional, prospectivo de cohortes. Se realizará la determinación del riesgo relativo; el IC al 95%. Se realizará el calculo de la reducción absoluta del riesgo y de la reducción relativa del riesgo respecto al desenlace complicaciones para valorar la Eficacia de la estrategia quirúrgica en estudio.es_PE
