dc.descriptionThe purpose of this study is to determine the consumption of levonorgestrel multifuente expended in a pharmacy located in the district of Laredo, October 2017 to September 2019. The study sample consisted of the levonorgestrel units sold, extracted from the sales system. The consumption of levonorgestrel multifuente according to the Daily Dose Method Defined per 10,000 clients per day (DHD), for Gupill 1.5 mg x 1 tablet was 4,307 DHD in February 2018, Damicocyn 1.5 mg x 1 tablet was 1,848 DHD for October 2018 and Safex I 1.5 mg x 1 tablet was 1,071 DHD in January 2019. Consumption trend of levonorgestrel multifuente was determined, for Gupill 1.5 mg x 1 tablet presents a (r = -0.114), for Damicocyn 1.5 mg x 1 tablet, one (r = 0.040) and for Safex I 1.5 mg x 1 tablet, one (r = 0.025), showing that there is no statistical significance (p> 0.05). In addition, variation was determined for two reference periods of the consumption of levonorgestrel multifuente, obtaining for Gupill 1.5 mg x 1 tablet one (t = -0.117), Damicocyn 1.5 mg x 1 tablet, one (t = -1.305) and Safex I 1.5 mg x 1 tablet a (t = -0.367) so the variables do not show significant difference (p> 0.05). The cost of levonorgestrel multifuente, where for Gupill 1.5 mg x 1 tablet was S / .9986.50, Damicocyn 1.5 mg x 1 tablet S / .3292.60 and Safex I 1.5 mg x 1 tablet S / .1390.40es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar el consumo de levonorgestrel multifuente expendido en una botica ubicada en el distrito de Laredo, octubre 2017 a setiembre 2019. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por las unidades de levonorgestrel expendidas, extraídos del sistema de ventas. El consumo de levonorgestrel multifuente según el método de Dosis Diaria Definida por 10000 clientes por día (DHD), para Gupill 1,5 mg x 1 tableta fue 4,307 DHD en febrero 2018, Damicocyn 1,5 mg x 1 tableta fue 1,848 DHD para octubre 2018 y Safex I 1,5 mg x 1 tableta fue 1,071 DHD en enero 2019. Se determinó tendencia de consumo de levonorgestrel multifuente, para Gupill 1,5 mg x 1 tableta presenta un (r=-0.114), para Damicocyn 1,5 mg x 1 tableta, un (r=0.040) y para Safex I 1,5 mg x 1 tableta, un (r=0.025), evidenciando que no hay significancia estadística (p>0,05).
