Abstract
El trabajo de investigación: Manejo de la fertilización en espárrago var. UC157 F1, se realizó durante los meses de agosto 2017 a octubre del 2017 en el distrito de Chao, provincia de Virú, región La Libertad cuya ubicación geográfica es a: 8° 32’ 19” de latitud sur, 78° 40’ 43” de longitud Oeste; a una altitud media de 68 m.s.n.m., con la colaboración y apoyo de los agricultores tradicionales de la zona. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue describir el manejo de la fertilización en el cultivo de espárrago verde var. UC 157 a través de los datos obtenidos de encuestas realizadas a los agricultores tradicionales del distrito de Chao, provincia de Virú, región La Libertad.
Para el desarrollo de este trabajo de investigación se realizaron visitas a diferentes predios de los productores de espárrago verde asociados a la agencia Agraria Virú y a la comisión de regantes del valle de Chao, que sirven como intermediarios para que los agricultores tradicionales puedan contar con el recurso hídrico necesario y realicen las labores de riego y fertilización de sus plantaciones. Los resultados demuestran que los agricultores de los caseríos de Laramie, Santa Rita, El Rosario y El Tizal del distrito de Chao, provincia de Virú, región La Libertad no realizan la fertilización nitrogenada, fosfórica y potásica en base a un muestreo ni análisis de suelos en sus campos, tampoco tienen en cuenta la edad de sus plantaciones ni las necesidades nutricionales requeridas según la etapa en que se encuentra el cultivo para realizar la fertilización, a su vez no realizan fertilización cálcica ni de micronutrientes, obteniendo como consecuencia muy bajos rendimientos con un valor promedio de 5 TM/ha al año y cosechas de baja calidad.

The research work: Management of fertilization in green asparagus var. UC157 F1, was conducted during the months of August 2017 to October 2017 in the district of Chao, province of Virú, region La Libertad whose geographical location is: 8 ° 32 '19 "south latitude, 78 ° 40' 43" Length West; To an average altitude of 68 m.s.n.m., with the collaboration and support of the traditional farmers of the zone. The objective of the present work was to describe the management of fertilization in the cultivation of green asparagus var. UC 157 through data obtained from surveys of traditional farmers in Chao district, province of Virú, La Libertad region. For the development of this research work, visits were made to different farms of the green asparagus producers associated with the Agraria Virú agency and the Chao Valley irrigation commission, which serve as intermediaries for traditional farmers to have the resource necessary water and carry out irrigation and fertilization of their plantations. The results show that farmers in Laramie, Santa Rita, El Rosario and Tizal villages in the district of Chao, province of Virú, region La Libertad dont carry out sampling or analysis of soils in their fields, dont take into account the age of their plantations or the nutritional needs required according to the stage in which the crop is to perform the fertilization. 65% of farmers surveyed undergo poor nitrogen fertilization, 40% undergo poor phosphorus fertilization and 69% of respondents performed poor fertilization in potassium, in turn did not fertilize micronutrients, resulting in very low yields with a average value of 5 TM/ha and low quality harvest.
