dc.descriptionIn the present work there decided the effect of 4 concentrations of Thymus vulgaris (0 %, 0,1 %, 0,2 %, 0,4 %) on the capacity of regeneration of Dugesisa tigrina. For which, it was realized to every Dugesia's copy, longitudinal court the fragments being obtained (right and left-handed), transverse court the fragments being obtained (superior and low) and double transverse court the fragments being obtained (cephalic, average and caudal), then to be exposed to the treatments consisting of the different concentrations of Thymus vulgaris. It will measure up the time of formation of the blastema and the time of the regeneration it completes of the individual of Dugesia tigrina. On having realized the reading to the optical microscope it us demonstrated that the treatment 3 (0,2 % of T. vulgaris) is the one that he promoted a minor time for the visible formation of the blastema (85,94 hours) and the treatment 4 (0,4 % of T. Vulgaris) he promoted a minor time for the total formation of the individual (169,2 hours). It was observed in addition, quel you fragments obtained by longitudinal court (right and left-handed) with the concentration of 0,2 % of T. vulgaris (T3) were those who in minor time in hours formed a visible blastema (80,0 hours). The average fragment obtained by double transverse court, with the concentration of 0,4 % of T. vulgaris, was the one that developed in minor time the complete formation of the individual (162,4 hours). dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se determinó el efecto de 4 concentraciones de Thymus vulgaris (0%, 0,1%, 0,2%, 0,4%) sobre la capacidad de regeneración de Dugesisa tigrina. Para lo cual, se realizó a cada ejemplar de Dugesia, corte longitudinal obteniéndose los fragmentos (derecho e izquierdo), corte transversal obteniéndose los fragmentos (superior e inferior) y corte doble transversal obteniéndose los fragmentos (cefálico, medio y caudal), para luego ser expuestas a los tratamientos consistentes en las diferentes concentraciones de Thymus vulgaris. Se medirá el tiempo de formación del blastema y el tiempo de la regeneración completa del individuo de Dugesia tigrina. Al realizar la lectura al microscopio óptico nos evidenció que el tratamiento 3 (0,2% de T. vulgaris) es el que promovió un menor tiempo para la formación visible del blastema (85,94 horas) y el tratamiento 4 (0,4% de T. vulgaris) promovió un menor tiempo para la formación total del individuo (169,2 horas). Se observó además, que los fragmentos obtenidos por corte longitudinal (derecho e izquierdo) con la concentración de 0,2% de T. vulgaris (T3) fueron los que en menor tiempo en horas formaron un blastema visible (80,0 horas). El fragmento medio obtenido por doble corte transversal, con la concentración de 0,4% de T. vulgaris, fue la que desarrolló en menor tiempo la formación completa del individuo (162,4 horas).El análisis de varianza evidencio la presencia significativa entre los tratamientos y la prueba de comparación de media estableció la conformación de diferentes grupos homogéneos.es_PE
