dc.description.abstractLa comunicación es el acto mediante el cual los individuos intercambia información con sus semejantes para poder sobrevivir, este proceso es dinámico debido a que tanto el emisor como el receptor pueden invertir sus funciones. La comunicación humana se caracteriza por la utilización de un conjunto de signos y códigos psíquicos, por parte del individuo para poder comunicarse. En la comunicación oral, el receptor cumple una función activa en cuanto a la decodificación e interpretación del mensaje, por lo tanto, el receptor al ser un ente activo deberá valerse de su capacidad de escucha para poder entender, no solo la intensión del mensaje, sino la comprensión total de los sentimientos, emociones y de la información que es emitida por el emisor.es_PE
dc.description.abstractCommunication is the act by which individuals exchange information with their peers in order to survive, this process is dynamic because both the sender and the receiver can reverse their functions. Human communication is characterized by the use of a set of psychic signs and codes, by the individual to be able to communicate. In oral communication, the receiver plays an active role in decoding and interpreting the message, therefore, the receiver, being an active entity, must make use of his listening ability to understand not only the message’s intent, but also the full understanding of the feelings, emotions and information that is emitted by the sender.
