Gestión administrativa y su incidencia en la mejora continua de procesos en el restaurante “El Sombrero”, ciudad de Trujillo, 2019

Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la manera en que la gestión administrativa incide en la mejora continua de procesos en el restaurante “El Sombrero”, ciudad de Trujillo, 2019. El problema planteado fue ¿cuál es la incidencia que existe entre la gestión administrativa y la mejora continua procesos en el restaurante “El Sombrero”, ciudad de Trujillo, 2019?, para el cual se planteó la hipótesis existe una incidencia significativa entre la gestión administrativa y la mejora continua de procesos en el restaurante “El Sombrero”, ciudad de Trujillo, 2019. La población estuvo compuesta por 45 trabajadores del restaurante “El Sombrero”, que a su vez conforman la muestra a quienes se aplicaron los instrumentos de medición. Los procedimientos utilizados fueron proporcionados por la estadística, comenzando con la construcción de tablas, figuras y la aplicación de la prueba de hipótesis. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño correlacional de corte trasversal. En los resultados se encontró que el 82.2% de los trabajadores opinan que la gestión administrativa es regular y en lo que es la mejora continua de procesos el 77.8% de los trabajadores opinan que es regular. Se concluyó que existe una relación positiva significativa entre la gestión administrativa y la mejora continua de procesos (Rho de Spearman de 0.964 y p<0.05) en el restaurante “El Sombrero” – Trujillo, 2019.
ABSTRACT The general objective of this research work was to determine the way in which administrative management affects the continuous improvement of processes in the restaurant "El Sombrero", city of Trujillo, 2019. The problem posed was what is the incidence that exists between administrative management and continuous improvement in the restaurant "¿El Sombrero", city of Trujillo, 2019 ?, for which the hypothesis was raised there is a significant incidence between administrative management and continuous improvement of processes in the restaurant "El Sombrero ”, City of Trujillo, 2019. The population consisted of 45 workers from the restaurant “El Sombrero”, who in turn make up the sample to whom the measurement instruments were applied. The procedures used were provided by statistics, starting with the construction of tables, figures and the application of the hypothesis test. The research was descriptive, with a cross-sectional correlational design. In the results, it was found that 82.2% of the workers think that administrative management is regular and in what is continuous improvement of processes, 77.8% of the workers think that it is regular. It was concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between administrative management and continuous process improvement (Spearman's Rho of 0.964 and p <0.05) in the restaurant “El Sombrero” - Trujillo, 2019.
