dc.description.abstractEl presente informe, tiene como objetivo evidenciar la experiencia laboral adquirida en todos los años que llevo laborando con diferentes equipos de trabajo de la empresa TRANSRESOL SRL. La experiencia adquirida como Jefe de Operaciones, me ha permitido conocer todas las operaciones de correspondientes al manejo de residuos, entre ellos la evacuación y transporte desarrollados para el proyecto minero Shahuindo del cliente Pan American Silver Perú donde soy responsable de verificar la correcta ejecución del servicio y el cumplimento de las exigencias del cliente, así como la legislación actual en materia de seguridad y ambiental. Se elabora el Sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo, estableciendo los requisitos legales aplicables y desarrollando el Plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, el cual es auditado anualmente por auditor MINTRA y por el cliente PAN AMERICAN SILVER PERU a través de SGS.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT This report aims to show the work experience acquired in all the years that I have been working with different work teams of the company TRANSRESOL SRL. The experience acquired as Head of Operations has allowed me to know all the operations corresponding to waste management, including the evacuation and transport developed for the Shahuindo mining project of the client Pan American Silver Peru, where I am responsible for verifying the correct execution of the service. and compliance with customer requirements as well as current legislation on safety and environmental matters. The Occupational Health and Safety Management System is prepared, establishing the applicable legal requirements and developing the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, which is audited annually by the MINTRA auditor and by the client PAN AMERICAN SILVER PERU through SGS.
