dc.descriptionThis thesis project addresses the problem of the lack of a methodology for forensic analysis on smartphones, and approach a solution by proposing a methodological guide based on the study of the work done in the area of computer forensics. Meanwhile, the jobs found are exposed and are the foundation for the solution of the problem, allowing you to organize the five phases having the guidance given in such a way that suits situations requiring a guide. The thesis concludes with a real case in which the proposed guidance applies, and by the results, confirming its ability to address incidents of smartphones, so fulfilling the proposed objectiveses_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de tesis aborda el problema de la falta de una metodología para el análisis forense en teléfonos inteligentes, y el planteamiento de una solución proponiendo una guía metodológica basada en el estudio de los trabajos realizados en el área de la informática forense. En tanto, los trabajos encontrados son expuestos y son el fundamento para la solución del problema, permitiendo organizar las cinco fases que tiene la guía propuesta, de tal forma que se adapte a las situaciones que requieran de una guía. El trabajo de tesis finaliza con un caso real en el cual se aplica la guía propuesta, y mediante los resultados obtenidos, se confirma su capacidad para atender incidentes relacionados con teléfonos inteligentes, cumpliendo de tal manera con los objetivos propuestoses_ES
