dc.descriptionThis research work was carried out in farmers' fields that plant Lupinus mutabilis Sweet, in the hamlet of Paruque, Julcán, which is located at 3450 meters above sea level and geographically its extreme points are between 8 ° 07´21.23´´ of Latitude South and 78 ° 28´11.05´´ of Longitude West, with the objective of evaluating the agronomic management of Chocho. The variables evaluated were: Quantity and quality of the seed, sowing time, modality and land preparation, fertilization, phytosanitary control, production costs; These data were obtained through the application of surveys. It was concluded that Paruque farmers used a medium technological level characterized by the low use of agricultural inputs. They carried out preparation work such as fallow (disk tractor), plowing and furrowing; the sowing was done manually, by means of the blow mode placing 2 to 3 seeds with a distance of 40 to 50 cms. and between rows of 70 to 80 cm., for planting they used a density of 20 to 25 kg / ha; they do not apply any fertilization or fertilization to the crop; they carry out a single cultural work that is weeding and their vegetative period of cultivation is 10 months; its yields range from 650 to 690 kg / ha, unlike traditional management, which went from 350 to 580 kg / ha; Finally, production costs ranged from 1100 to 1500 soles / ha.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en campos de agricultores que siembran Lupinus mutabilis Sweet, en el caserío de Paruque, Julcán, que se encuentra ubicado a 3450 m.s.n.m y geográficamente sus puntos extremos se encuentran entre los 8° 07´21.23´´ de Latitud Sur y los 78° 28´11.05´´ de Longitud Oeste, con el objetivo de evaluar el manejo agronómico de Chocho. Las variables evaluadas fueron: Cantidad y calidad de la semilla, época de siembra, modalidad y preparación de terreno, fertilización, control fitosanitario, costos de producción; dichos datos fueron obtenidos mediante la aplicación de encuestas. Se concluyó que los agricultores de Paruque utilizaron un nivel tecnológico medio caracterizado por el bajo uso de insumos agrícolas. Realizaron labores de preparación como barbecho (tractor de discos), arado y surcado; la siembra se realizó manualmente, mediante la modalidad por golpe colocando 2 a 3 semillas con un distanciamiento de 40 a 50 cms. y entre surcos de 70 a 80 cms., para la siembra utilizaron una densidad de 20 a 25 kg / ha; no aplican ninguna fertilización ni abonamiento al cultivo; realizan una sola labor cultural que es el deshierbo y su periodo vegetativo del cultivo es de 10 meses; sus rendimientos fluctúan de 650 a 690 kg / ha a diferencia del manejo tradicional, que fue 350 a 580 kg / ha; finalmente los costos de producción fluctuaron entre 1100 a 1500 soles/ha.es_PE
