dc.descriptionThe mike and small-scale enterprise of the sector worn in the district El Porvenir it has confronting serious difficulties to achieve a suitable level of growth and development of his operations. Inside these it is had the limitation of gaining access on the credit of the formal banking, and the use of machineries and incipient or handmade teams. Departing from the problem formulated with regard to the influence of the alternatives of financing to modernize fixed assets in the mike and smallscale enterprises of the sector worn in the district El Porvenir, the target that faced the investigation was the analysis of the above mentioned alternatives of financing, to facilitate the decisions of investment in fixed assets on the part of the micro and small businessmen of the sector worn in the district El Porvenir. The statistical data that this investigation supports, it demonstrates that most of mike and small-scale enterprises of the sector worn in the district El Porvenir, they finance his fixed assets with proper resources; also there turns out to be reflected the big need for financing that the micro and small businessmen present to modernize his fixed assets. Of equal form most of the mike and small-scale enterprises of footwear recognize and identify the advantages of the financial market. The conclusions appear favoring to the financing alternatives for the modernization of fixed assets, due to the existence both of a demand of financing, and of an offer on the part of the financial institutions. Therefore, it is feasible to modernize the above mentioned fixed assets for the securing of major productivity and yield of the micro and small businessmen of the sector worn in the district El Porvenir.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa micro y pequeña empresa del sector calzado en el distrito El Porvenir, viene afrontando serias dificultades para lograr un adecuado nivel de crecimiento y desarrollo de sus operaciones. Dentro de éstas se tiene;la limitación de acceder al crédito de la banca formal, y el uso de maquinarias y equipos incipientes o artesanales. Partiendo del problema formulado respecto a la influencia de las alternativas de financiamiento para modernizar activos fijos en las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector calzado en el distrito El Porvenir, el objetivo que orientó la investigación fue el análisis de dichas alternativas de financiamiento, para facilitar las decisiones de inversión en activos fijos por parte de los micro y pequeños empresarios del sector calzado en el distrito El Porvenir. Los datos estadísticos que sostiene esta investigación,demuestra que la mayor parte de micro y pequeñas empresas del sector calzado en el distrito El Porvenir, financian sus activos fijos con recursos propios;asimismo se ve reflejada la gran necesidad de financiamiento que presentan los micro y pequeños empresarios para modernizar sus activos fijos.De igual formala mayor parte de las micro y pequeñas empresas de calzado reconocen e identifican las ventajas del mercado financiero. Las conclusiones se presentan favoreciendo a las alternativas de financiamiento para la modernización de activos fijos,debido a la existencia tanto de una demanda de financiamiento, como de una oferta por parte de las instituciones financieras. Por lo tanto, es factible modernizar dichos activos fijos para la obtención de mayor productividad y rendimientode los micro y pequeños empresarios del sector calzado en el distrito El Porvenir.es_ES
