dc.descriptionIn the Santa - Lacramarca Valley, en the left of the Santa river, we plan to improve the tenable use of the hydrosol resources, that is why the Ministry of Agriculture, through the Technical Administration Irrigation of irrigation Santa Lacramarca - Nepeña, insert the Formalization of the Rights Program to use the water- PROFODUA, with the orientation and supervision of the administration of the hydrosol resources of the national institute of natural resources- INRENA. The present work has been developed with mass and free character to help the agricultura! user in order to get the formal documentation to support the use of water that they need (license to use water). For the first point in the Santa- Lacramarca Valley we have realized the actualization of user register and net of irrigation and drainage due to the field work realized by the brigades so that the information obtained by the public expositions and the observations made by the users during the consultations made in the Technical Administration in the District of irrigation Santa Lacramarca - Nepeña. The compiled information of the field brigades was processed and systematized with the use of the geographical information system (GIS), that's why we used the software Are View 3.2 getting maps, tables and reports. In the Developed of this work we have elaborated the studies of the conformation of irrigation blocks in the Santa-Lacramarca Valley determining 28 irrigation blocks in the Santa-Lacramarca Valley: nineteen ( 19) in the meeting of user from Irchim and nine(09) in the meeting of user from sub-district of Santa Irrigation. All made activity has realized on the participation of the User Meetings, Users Commissions and Users Committees who have been represented by their executives.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEn el valle Santa - Lacramarca, margen izquierda del río Santa se plantea mejorar el aprovechamiento sostenible de los recursos hídricos, dentro del cual el Ministerio de Agricultura a través de la Administración Técnica del Distrito de Riego Santa LacramarcaNepeña, inserta el Programa de Formalización de Derechos de Uso de Agua - PROFODUA, bajo orientación y supervisión de la Intendencia de Recursos Hídricos del Instituto Nacional de Recursos Naturales- INRENA. El presente trabajo se ha desarrollado con carácter masivo y gratuito para que los usuarios agrícolas que vienen usando el agua dispongan de la documentación formal que respalde el uso del agua que requieren (Licencia de Uso de Agua). En el Valle de Santa Lacramarca como primera fase se ha realizado la actualización del Registro de Regantes y Red de Riego y Drenaje, principalmente en base al trabajo de campo que realizaron las brigadas, así como los resultados de las exposiciones públicas y observaciones que real izaron los usuarios durante las consultas que se efectuaron en la Administración Técnica del Distrito de Riego Santa Lacramarca- Nepeña. La información recopilada por las brigadas de campo fue procesada y sistematizada, mediante la utilización del Sistema de Información Geográfica (SIG), para lo cual se utilizó el software Are View 3.2, obteniéndose como resultado mapas, tablas e informes. En el desarrollo del trabajo se ha elaborado los Estudios de "Conformación de Bloques de Riego en el Valle de Santa Lacramarca", determinánpose 28 bloques de riego en el valle Santa Lacramarca: Diecinueve ( 19) en la Junta de Usuarios del Sector de Riego Irchim y nueve (09) en la Junta de Usuarios del Subdistrito de Riego Santa. Toda actividad realizada ha contado con la participación de las Juntas de Usuarios, Comisiones de Regantes y Comités de Regantes representados básicamente por sus directivos.es_PE
