Abstract
La investigación abordo como objetivo general: Determinar la incidencia del control de inventarios en la gestión administrativa de la ferretería DON GUILLERMO EIRL, en ciudad de Guadalupe, año 2023, siendo que, se determinó el nivel de cada variable y se estableció la incidencia de las dimensiones de la variable X con la variable Y. La metodología usada fue del tipo aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo en un nivel descriptivo – explicativo, teniendo diseño no experimental. La población la conformaron 15 trabajadores y los estados financieros de la empresa de los años 2021 - 2022, utilizando un muestreo por conveniencia que permitió abordar la totalidad de la población, utilizando la encuesta y el análisis documental como técnicas de recolección de datos, el cuestionario y la guía de análisis documental como sus instrumentos respectivamente. Se determinó la existencia de una incidencia positiva y significativa del control de inventarios en la gestión administrativa de la ferretería DON GUILLERMO EIRL, al contar con una Sig. = 0.001 y un R cuadrado de Pearson = 0.613.
