dc.description.abstractTitle: "Burnout Syndrome in students of the Unit of Second Specialization in Stomatology of the National University of Trujillo, 2021" Objective: To determine the level of Burnout Syndrome in students of the Unit of Second Specialization in Stomatology of 2 academic years of the National University of Trujillo, 2021. Methodology: The present study is observational, descriptive and cross-sectional. Material and method: The sample consisted of a total of 39 students, 23 female (59%) and 16 male (41%); of which 26 are students of the first year of specialties (66.7%) and 13 are students of the second year of specialties (33.3%). A survey was applied to them which includes a questionnaire of 22 questions divided into 3 dimensions: Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization and Personal Fulfillment. The questionnaire has already been validated in various investigations at the national and international level. Results: The level of Burnout Syndrome in students of first and second year of specialties was 94.9% with the "Low" level, followed by 5.1% with the "Medium" level and finally 0% with the "High" level. Conclusions: The students of the Unit of Second Specialization in Stomatology of the National University of Trujillo present a predominantly "Low" level of Burnout Syndrome,
dc.description.abstractTítulo: “Síndrome de Burnout en estudiantes de la Unidad de Segunda Especialización en Estomatología de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2021” Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de Síndrome de Burnout en estudiantes de la Unidad de Segunda Especialización en Estomatología de 2 años académicos de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2021. Metodología: El presente estudio es de tipo observacional, descriptivo y de corte transversal. Material y método: La muestra estuvo constituida por un total de 39 estudiantes, 23 de género femenino (59%) y 16 de género masculino (41%); de los cuales 26 son estudiantes del primer año de especialidades (66.7%) y 13 son estudiantes del segundo año de especialidades (33.3%). Se les aplicó una encuesta donde incluye un cuestionario de 22 preguntas divididas en 3 dimensiones: Agotamiento Emocional, Despersonalización y Realización Personal. El cuestionario ya tiene validación en diversas investigaciones a nivel nacional e internacional. Resultados: El nivel de Síndrome de Burnout en estudiantes de primer y segundo año de especialidades fue de 94.9% con el nivel “Bajo”, seguido del 5.1% con el nivel “Medio” y finalmente 0% con el nivel “Alto”. Conclusiones: Los estudiantes de la Unidad de Segunda Especialización en Estomatología de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo presentan un nivel de Síndrome de Burnout predominantemente “Bajo.es_PE
