Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de explicar sobre la Motivación y rendimiento laboral de los trabajadores del Programa crecimiento y desarrollo - Hospital de Apoyo Chepén: 2019. Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como base un diseño explicativo, y la muestra constó de 40 trabajadores, con los cuales se trabajó aplicando los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa. De los resultados obtenidos se puede inferir que la falta de estrategias de motivación laboral, además de la falta de incentivos, reconocimientos laborales, deficientes relaciones interpersonales entre compañeros de trabajo y con sus jefes superiores inmediatos, se convierten en los principales factores que generan desmotivación y consecuentemente afectan el rendimiento laboral en esta organización. Finalmente consideramos que la organización debe implementar programas de capacitación para implementar un plan de motivación, promover el liderazgo organizacional y trabajo en equipo para mejorar el nivel de producción y productividad de la institución
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of explaining the Motivation and labor performance of the workers of the Growth and Development Program - Chepén Support Hospital: 2019. The type of applied research has been considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 40 workers, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research. From the results obtained, it can be inferred that the lack of work motivation strategies, in addition to the lack of incentives, job recognition, poor interpersonal relationships between co-workers and their immediate superiors, become the main factors that generate motivation and lack of motivation. Consequently they affect work performance in this organization. Finally, we consider that the organization must implement training programs to implement a motivation plan, promote organizational leadership and teamwork to improve the level of production and productivity of the institution
