dc.descriptionThe present investigation was carried out with the purpose of knowing the influence of the Directive Skills in the Administrative Management of the of the provincial municipality Sánchez Carrión, 2020. The research problem was: In what way do managerial skills influence the administrative management of the Sánchez Carrión Provincial Municipality, 2020? It is an investigation of correlational transectional design and inductive, deductive, ethnographic and statistical methods have been used, applying survey techniques. The study population was made up of the 24 managers, becoming a census population, since it worked with the entire population. The main results have been that the development of managerial skills has been high, especially technical skills and to a lesser extent conceptual and human skills. And administrative management is also given at a high level, since the planning, organization, direction, and control processes are adequately complied with; In addition, it was determined that the directive skills of managers directly and significantly influence administrative management.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de conocer la influencia de la Habilidades Directivas en la Gestión Administrativa de la de la municipalidad provincial Sánchez Carrión, 2020. El problema de investigación fue ¿De qué manera las habilidades directivas influyen en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión, 2020? Es una investigación de diseño transeccional correlacional y se han utilizado los métodos inductivo, deductivo, etnográfico y estadístico, aplicando para ello las técnicas de encuesta. La población de estudio se conformó por los 24 directivos, convirtiéndose en población censal, pues se trabajó con toda la población. Como principales resultados se tiene que el desarrollo de las habilidades directivas se ha dado de manera alta, sobre todo las habilidades técnicas y en menor medida las habilidades conceptuales y humanas. Y la gestión administrativa también se da a nivel alto, pues se cumple adecuadamente con los procesos de planificación, organización, dirección, y control; además se pudo determinar que las habilidades directivas de los gerentes influyen de manera directa y significativa en la gestión administrativa.es_PE
