dc.descriptionThe present investigation has as a general objective to improve the logistics control _x000D_ process in the warehouse area of the mining company COMISERGE S.R.L. through a _x000D_ web system. The pre-experimental research design of the experimental type was applied, _x000D_ a population of 5 administrative workers was also used, the PHP 7.3 programming _x000D_ language and the MySQL database manager were also used. Likewise, the Iconix _x000D_ software development methodology was used, since it adapts to short-term jobs. It is _x000D_ concluded that the first indicator, the average time in the registration of orders before the _x000D_ implementation of the web system is 405.67 seconds, after having carried out the _x000D_ implementation of the web system, a time of 67.83 seconds was achieved, managing to _x000D_ reduce the time in order registration in 337.84 seconds. Likewise, the second indicator _x000D_ number of products purchased is mentioned. Likewise, 18% was obtained over the _x000D_ number of products purchased before implementation and 64% after implementation, this _x000D_ proved an increase of 28% over products purchased in the warehouse area. And the last _x000D_ indicator is the average time in obtaining the Kardex report, a time of 736.90 seconds was _x000D_ obtained before the implementation, and after the implementation a time of 45 seconds, _x000D_ which demonstrated a decrease of 691.80 seconds in the obtaining Kardex repores_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo general mejorar el proceso de control_x000D_ logístico en el área de almacén de la empresa contrataminera COMISERGE S.R.L. a_x000D_ través de un sistema de web. Se aplicó el diseño de investigación pre experimental del _x000D_ tipo experimental, asimismo se empleó una población de 5 trabajadores administrativos, _x000D_ además se utilizó el lenguaje de programación PHP 7.3 y el gestor de base de datos _x000D_ MySQL. Asimismo, se trabajó con la metodología de desarrollo de software Iconix, _x000D_ debido a que se adapta a trabajos de corto plazo. Se concluye que el primer indicador, el _x000D_ tiempo promedio en el registro de pedidos antes de la implementación del sistema web es _x000D_ de 405.67 segundos, luego de haber realizado la implementación del sistema web, se logró _x000D_ un tiempo de 67.83 segundos, logrando reducir el tiempo en el registro de pedidos en _x000D_ 337.84 segundos. asimismo, se menciona el segundo indicador número de productos _x000D_ comprados, Asimismo, se obtuvo un 18% sobre el número de productos comprados antes _x000D_ de la implementación y un 64% después de la implementación, esto probó un incremento _x000D_ del 28 % sobre los productos comprados en el área de almacén. Y el ultimo indicador es _x000D_ el tiempo promedio en la obtención de reporte de Kardex, se obtuvo un tiempo de 736.90 _x000D_ segundos antes de la implementación, y después de la implementación un tiempo de 45 _x000D_ segundos, el cual se demostró un decremento de 691.80 segundos en la obtención de _x000D_ reporte de Kardexes_PE
