Abstract
En el presente estudio se ha investigado la influencia de la velocidad de corte y el
avance en la potencia de corte y la rugosidad para el mecanizado del nylon.
Para poder medir la potencia de corte fue necesario medir las fuerzas de corte para lo
cual se diseñó un dinamómetro con ayuda de una celda de carga tipo S y su respectivo
lector de carga. El material de estudio fue el nylon 66 muy utilizado en la industria
nacional.
De análisis de los resultados se concluye que la potencia de corte aumenta a mediad
que lo incrementa la velocidad de corte casi en forma proporcional, manteniendo un
avance constante. A sí mismo para la velocidad de corte constante la potencia de corte
crece en forma proporcional con el aumento del avance.
Con respecto a la rugosidad superficial esta disminuye con el incremento de la
velocidad de corte, lo cual está en concordancia con la biografía. Así mismo para una
velocidad de corte constante la rugosidad aumenta en forma proporcional con el
aumento del avance
Description
In the present Academic research, the influence of cutting speed and fee don cutting power and
roughness for nylon machining has been investigated.
In order to measure the cutting power, it was necessary to measure the cutting forces, for which
a dynamometer was designed with the help of a type S load cell and its respective load reader.
The study material was Nylon 66 widely used in the national industry.
From the analysis of the results it is concluded that the cutting power increases as the cutting
speed increases almost proportionally, maintaining a constant advance. Likewise for a constant
cutting speed, the cutting power increases proportionally with the increase in feed.
Regarding the Surface roughness’, it decreases with the increase in cutting speed, which ins in
agreement with the bibliography. Likewise, for constant cutting speed, the roughness increases
proportionally with the increase in feed rate.
