| dc.description.abstract | Se evaluó en Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad, el efecto de tres dosis de fertilización NPK (0-0-0; 100-60-30; 120-80-50; 140-100-70) con el objetivo de evaluar su efecto en el rendimiento y calidad de ajo (Allium sativum L.) variedad Serrano, empleando un diseño estadístico de bloques completos al azar con cuatro repeticiones, teniendo como resultado que las dosis de fertilización NPK de 120-80-50 y 140-100-70 unidades por hectárea producen el mayor rendimiento y calidad (primera, segunda y tercera) de ajo variedad Serrano y que la altura y el número de hojas por planta no son afectadas por los tratamientos en estudio.
