dc.descriptionThe present report focused on the identification of hallucinogenic substances such as cocaine and marijuana which present benzoylecgonine and 9-carboxy-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) which are the corresponding metabolites, present in the urine of people detained in the Cap. PNP. Alcides Vigo Hurtado de Trujillo, June - August 2018. Sixty-seven samples of urine, approximately 40-50 mL, were identified qualitatively by the thin-layer chromatography (TLC) method, where it was found that 18% were positive for cocaine being from this result 31% of people, the district of Trujillo, 59% between 18 - 30 years, 94% male and 47% in the month of August, and for marijuana a positive result of 16% being 56% between 18 - 30 years, 97% of the male sex and 44% in the month of July. It is concluded that between the months of June and August of 2018, of 637 urine samples, 116 were positive for cocaine and 101 for marijuanaes_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente informe se enfocó a la identificación de sustancias alucinógenas como son la cocaína y marihuana las cuales presentan benzoilecgonina y 9-carboxi-tetrahidrocannabinol (THC) que son los metabolitos existentes correspondientemente, presentes en orina de personas detenidas en el Complejo Policial de Cap. PNP. Alcides Vigo Hurtado de Trujillo, junio - agosto 2018. Se identificó cualitativamente 637 muestras de orina, de aproximadamente 40 - 50 mL, por el metodo cromatografía en capa fina (TLC), donde se encontró que el 18% fue positivo para cocaína siendo de este resultado el 31% de personas, el distrito de Trujillo, 59% entre los 18 – 30 años, 94% del sexo masculino y 47% en el mes de agosto, y para la marihuana un resultado positivo del 16% siendo el 56% entre 18 – 30 años, 97% del sexo masculino y 44% en el mes de julio. Por lo que se concluye que entre los meses de junio y agosto del 2018, de 637 muestras de orina, 116 fueron positivas para cocaína y 101 para marihuanaes_PE
