dc.descriptionThis research work was developed at the primary level with boys and girls ranging between 6 and 11 years of age, specifically it was worked with students of the second grade of primary level. In the educational institution Jesús y María from Laredo, where the research was done, we found several cases where the children did not have the proper identification, some lacks of respect among them, there was no equal treatment, they did not solve their problems with assertiveness and empathy, as well as some parents were not responsible for the maintenance of their children since their homes were dysfunctional; thus, violating their rights. The right to identity is one of the fundamental rights of every human being, and it is necessary to be able to benefit from the other fundamental rights. Since the very birth moment, everyone has the right to obtain an identity. Identity includes first name, surname, date of birth, gender, and nationality. It is the proof of the existence of a person as part of a society, as an individual that is part of a whole; it is what characterizes and makes the difference from the others. All children have the right to have an official identity, that is, to have a name, a surname, a nationality and to know the identity of their parents. This action implies the immediate recognition by the State of the child’s existence, and the formalization of his birth before the law. In addition, its registration will allow the child to preserve his origins; that is, the kinship relationships that link him to his biological parents.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en el nivel primario con niños y niñas que oscilan entre 6 y 11 años de edad, específicamente se trabajó con estudiantes del segundo grado del nivel primaria. En la institución educativa Jesús y María de Laredo donde se enmarcó la investigación, encontramos diversos casos en donde los niños no contaban con la identificación adecuada, algunas faltas de respeto entre ellos, no había un trato equitativo, no resolvían sus problemas con asertividad y empatía, así como algunos padres no eran responsables con la manutención de sus hijos ya que sus hogares eran disfuncionales; vulnerándose, de esta manera, sus derechos. El derecho a la identidad es uno de los derechos fundamentales de todo ser humano, y es necesario para poder beneficiarse de los otros derechos fundamentales. Desde el momento de su nacimiento, toda persona tiene derecho a obtener una identidad. La identidad incluye el nombre, el apellido, la fecha de nacimiento, el sexo y la nacionalidad. Es la prueba de la existencia de una persona como parte de una sociedad, como individuo que forma parte de un todo; es lo que la caracteriza y la diferencia de las demás. Todos los niños tienen derecho a poseer una identidad oficial, es decir, a tener un nombre, un apellido, una nacionalidad y a conocer la identidad de sus progenitores. Esta acción supone el reconocimiento inmediato por parte del Estado de la existencia del niño, y la formalización de su nacimiento ante la ley. Además, su registro permitirá al niño preservar sus orígenes; es decir, las relaciones de parentesco que lo unen a sus padres biológicos.es_PE
