dc.descriptionThe effect of two rooting agents of Indole Acetic Acid, Indol Butyric Acid and an AIA +AIB mixture on the propagation by stakes of Hylocereus undatus under potting conditions in the same substrate, in Santiago de Chuco, was evaluated between July and October 2018. in a completely randomized design (DCA) with factorial arrangement 4x4, where the variables were number of roots, length of roots, percentage in root of the stake, number, length and width of buds. Each experimental unit was made up of a stake treated with the products under study. The treatments were: control without any rooting (T0), 1000mg of IA (T1), 1000mg of AIB (T2), 500mg of AIA + 500mg AIB (T3) and the experiment was evaluated at 45 days after sowing. It is concluded that the treatments used for the rooting by stakes of Hylocereus undatus, if they have a significant effect on the number 0.070 and root length (0.016 cm), percentage of rooting survival (0.016), staking rooting (0.016), number of buds (0.089), length of buds yolks (0.794 cm), yolk width (0.513cm); Likewise, it is indicated that the best treatment is the T1 with which the best results were obtained in each of the variables evaluated.es_PE
dc.description.abstractSe evaluó el efecto de dos enraizadores de Ácido Indol Acético, Acido Indol Butirico y una mezcla AIA + AIB en la propagación por estacas de Hylocereus undatus en condiciones de maceta en un mismo sustrato, en Santiago de Chuco, entre julio y octubre de 2018. en un diseño completamente al azar (DCA) con arreglo factorial 4x4, donde las variables fueron número de raíces, longitud de raíces, porcentaje en enraizamiento de la estaca, número, longitud y ancho de yemas. Cada unidad experimental estuvo conformada por una estaca tratada con los productos en estudio. Los tratamientos fueron: testigo sin ningún tipo de enraizante (T0), 1000mg de AIA (T1), 1000mg de AIB (T2), 500mg de AIA + 500mg AIB (T3) y el experimento fue evaluado a los 45 días después de la siembra. Se concluye que los tratamientos usados para el enraizamiento por estacas de Hylocereus undatus, si tienen un efecto significativo en el número (0.070) y longitud de las raíces (0.016 cm), porcentaje de sobrevivencia de enraizamiento (0.016), enraizamiento de estacas (0.016), número de yemas (0.089), longitud de yemas (0.794 cm), ancho de yema (0.513 cm); asimismo se indica que el mejor tratamiento es el T1 con el que se obtuvieron los mejores resultados en cada una de las variables evaluadas.es_PE
