Factores obstétricos y nivel de anemia en gestantes atendidas en la posta médica Barrio I Alto Trujillo 2023

Abstract
El tipo de investigación fue cuantitativo de acuerdo al diseño descriptivo transversal de tipo correlacional La muestra fue de tipo probabilístico aleatorio simple y estuvo conformada por 165 usuarias de servicio de consulta externa que acudieron al Puesto de Salud Barrio 1. La información fue extraída de la historia clínica mediante una ficha de recolección de datos las mismas que se procesaron mediante el software Microsoft Excel y es software IBM SPSS v 26, para la obtención de los resultados mediante gráficos y cuadros estadísticos para su análisis y discusión. El objetivo general de esta investigación fue Determinar la interacción entre las causas obstétricas, paridad, la edad gestacional, el número de controles, y el IMC con el nivel de anemia en gestantes atendidas en la Posta Médica Barrio 1 Alto Trujillo, 2023; para la cual se estableció como hipótesis establecer la relación entre ambas variables de estudio, obteniendo como resultados que de acuerdo a la paridad el 29.6% presentaron anemia moderada, de acuerdo a la edad gestacional el 77 % presentó anemia moderada durante el tercer trimestre, el 13.94% (23) tienen nueve controles y presentan un nivel de anemia moderada. Por otro lado, el 1.21% (2) de las gestantes con cuatro controles presentan un nivel de anemia severa, así mismo el 18.18% (30) presentó un IMC normal con un nivel de anemia leve. Por otro lado, el 6.66% (11) presentó sobrepeso con un nivel de anemia severa, así como también el 6.66% presentan sobrepeso con un nivel de anemia severa. De la misma forma, el 18.18% presentó un IMC normal con un nivel de anemia leve.
The type of research was quantitative according to the cross-sectional descriptive design of correlational type. The sample was of simple randomized probabilistic type and consisted of 165 users of the outpatient service who attended the Health Post neighborhood 1. the information was extracted from the clinical history using a data collection form, which was processed using Microsoft Excel software and IBM SPSS v 26 software, to obtain the results through graphs and statistical tables for analysis and discussion. The general objective of this research was to determine the interaction between obstetric causes, parity, gestational age, number of controls, and BMI with the level of anemia in pregnant women attended at the Posta Médica Barrio 1 Alto Trujillo, 2023; for which it was established as a hypothesis to establish the relationship between both study variables, obtaining as results that according to parity 29. 6% presented moderate anemia, according to gestational age 77% presented moderate anemia during the third trimester, 13.94% (23) have nine controls and present a moderate level of anemia. On the other hand, 1.21% (2) of the pregnant women with four controls presented a severe level of anemia, likewise 18.18% (30) presented a normal BMI with a slight level of anemia.
