dc.descriptionABSTRACT The present research aimed to design an institutional management model to improve performance at the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases of the Northeast Macro-region. The problem investigated was how would an institutional management model improve the performance of the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases of the Northeast Macro-region? And the hypothesis was that, the Institutional management model that was designed would improve the performance of the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases of the Northeast Macro-region. The study population was 30 people made up of managers of the departments, services and units of the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases of the Macro-region and the sample universe is equal to the population of 30 people, the method used was the Inductive-Deductive, and the techniques used were the survey and the personal interview, the most important results were. Determine and propose indicators of monitoring and evaluation of institutional performance of the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases. The most important and relevant conclusion is that the design of a model of institutional management in the performance would modernize the institutional management, thus facilitating the hospital to specify with its role before society, providing a good health service through a quality institutional management .es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN La presente investigación tuvo el objetivo de diseñar un modelo de gestión institucional para mejorar el desempeño en el Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas de la Macrorregión Nororiental. El problema investigado fue ¿De qué manera un modelo de gestión Institucional mejoraría el desempeño del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas de la Macrorregión Nororiental? Y la hipótesis fue que, el modelo de gestión Institucional que se diseñó mejoraría el desempeño del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas de la Macrorregión Nororiental. La población de estudio fue de 30 personas constituida por directivos de los departamentos, servicios y unidades del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas de la Macrorregión y el universo muestral es igual a la población de 30 personas, el método utilizado fue el Inductivo- Deductivo, y las técnicas utilizadas fueron la encuesta y la entrevista personal, los resultados más importantes fueron. Determinar y plantear indicadores de seguimiento y evaluación de desempeño institucional del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas. La conclusión más importante y relevante es que el diseño de un modelo de gestión institucional en el desempeño modernizaría la gestión institucional, facilitando de esta manera al hospital concretar con su rol ante la sociedad, proporcionando un buen servicio de salud mediante una gestión institucional de calidad.es_PE
