dc.descriptionThe investigation treats on the hospitality of the receiving community “Campiña de Moche” and the satisfaction of the visitors; taking as a target to determine the axes of the hospitality that is demonstrated in the social actors of the receiving community “Campiña de Moche” and its contribution in the satisfaction of the visitors. The receiving community of the “Campiña de Moche” demonstrates the hospitality towards the visitors at a level of high perception. On this matter the visitors showed to be satisfied by the hospitality that the receiving community offers to him in 93 % of 353 polled visitors. Likewise the elements of the hospitality were identified: the cozy (hospitable) ambience, the good dealing (manner) and the respect. For the development of the investigation two methods were used: The Ethnographic one and the analytical - Synthetic one. The ethnographic method allowed to describe in detailed form the elements that compose the axes of the hospitality as the courteousness and the amiability On the other hand, the synthetic Analytical Method facilitated to us to realize the analysis of the information compiled in the stage of the field work Between the investigation skills (technologies) there were used the survey, interview, taking part direct observation and not taking part direct observation and graphic record.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa investigación trata sobre la hospitalidad de la comunidad receptora “Campiña de Moche” y la percepción de los visitantes; teniendo como objetivo determinar los ejes de la hospitalidad que se evidencia en los actores sociales de la comunidad receptora “Campiña de Moche” y su contribución en la percepción de los visitantes. La comunidad receptora de la Campiña de Moche evidencia la hospitalidad hacia los visitantes con un nivel de percepción alta. Al respecto los visitantes manifestaron estar satisfechos con la hospitalidad que le brinda la comunidad receptora en un 93% de los 353 visitantes encuestados. Así mismo se identificaron los elementos de la hospitalidad: el ambiente acogedor, el buen trato y el respeto. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se emplearon dos métodos: El Etnográfico y el Analítico-Sintético. El método etnográfico permitió describir en forma detallada los elementos que componen los ejes de la hospitalidad como la cortesía y la amabilidad Por otro lado, el Método Analítico sintético nos facilitó realizar el análisis de los datos recopilados en la etapa del trabajo de campo Entre las técnicas de investigación se utilizaron la encuesta, entrevista, observación directa participante y observación directa no participante y registro gráfico.es_ES
