Influencia del acto constitutivo de las Sociedades por Acciones Cerradas Simplificadas en el fomento de la micro-pequeña empresa

| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación se tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia del acto constitutivo mediante Sociedades por Acciones Cerradas Simplificada (SACS) en el fomento de la micro y pequeña empresa; además, se fijó como objetivos específicos analizar su influencia en la reducción de costos y tiempo, en brindar seguridad jurídica a las micro y pequeñas empresas, en el acceso a créditos y en la postulación a programas estatales. Asimismo, en la realización de la investigación se utilizaron los métodos inductivo, deductivo, analítico y hermenéutico; del mismo modo, se usó como instrumento la encuesta realizada a 9 registradores del Registro de Personas Jurídicas de la Zona Registral N° VSede Trujillo y a 10 microempresarios. Se obtuvo como resultados que todas las personas encuestadas estuvieron de acuerdo que las Sociedades por Acciones Cerradas Simplificada (SACS) influyen positivamente en el fomento de la micro-pequeña empresa por la reducción de costo y tiempo en su acto constitutivo; además que 13 encuestados indicaron que este tipo societario brinda seguridad jurídica; 17 encuestados respondieron que facilita el acceso a créditos y 16 encuestados señalaron que permite la postulación a Programas del Estado. En esta investigación se concluyó que el acto constitutivo de las Sociedades por Acciones Cerradas Simplificadas (SACS) influye positivamente en el fomento de la micro-pequeña empresa mediante la reducción de costos y tiempo, brindando seguridad jurídica, acceso a créditos y postulación a programas estatales. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The general objective of this research was to determine the influence of the incorporation act through Simplified Closed Share Companies (SACS) in the promotion of micro and small businesses; In addition, specific objectives were set to analyze its influence on reducing costs and time, providing legal security to micro and small businesses, access to credit and applying for state programs. Likewise, in carrying out the research, inductive, deductive, analytical and hermeneutical methods were used; Likewise, the survey conducted with 9 registrars of the Registry of Legal Entities of Registry Zone No. V-Trujillo Headquarters and 10 microentrepreneurs was used as an instrument. The results were obtained that all the people surveyed agreed that Simplified Closed Share Companies (SACS) positively influence the promotion of micro-small businesses by reducing cost and time in their incorporation act; Furthermore, 13 respondents indicated that this type of company provides legal security; 17 respondents responded that it facilitates access to credits and 16 respondents indicated that it allows applications for State Programs. In this research, it was concluded that the founding act of Simplified Closed Share Companies (SACS) positively influences the promotion of micro-small businesses by reducing costs and time, providing legal security, access to credit and application to state programs. | |
