Abstract
El presente trabajo investiga los efectos de la enseñanza virtual en el proceso de
aprendizaje de estudiantes del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Público
Huamachuco, año 2020, con el propósito de conocer las consecuencias de virtualización
de la educación a el nivel de Educación Superior y contribuir en el proceso de toma de
decisiones orientado a mejora la calidad educativa.
Para el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación se ha utilizado el diseño no
experimental, utilizando instrumentos para la recolección de datos a través de guía de
revisión documental, generando indicadores que permita describir, analizar e interpretar
el comportamiento de las variables de estudio. Para contrastar la hipótesis se utilizó la
prueba t de diferencia de medias emparejadas.
Finalmente, se concluye que la enseñanza virtual ha tenido efecto significativo en el
proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, en estudiantes del tercer y quinto periodo
académico fue el efecto positivo; y en el segundo y sexto periodo el efecto fue negativo.
En el caso de los estudiantes del primer y cuarto periodo los efectos no fueron
significativos; por lo que, la administración de la institución educativa debe orientar
esfuerzos en fortalecer la infraestructura digital para el uso de herramientas tecnológicas
y conexión a internet, así como el manejo de plataformas de aulas virtuales y aplicaciones
de videoconferencias, orientado a mejorar la calidad educativa de la institución.
The present work investigates the effects of virtual teaching in the learning process of students of the Huamachuco Public Technological Higher Education Institute year 2020, with the purpose of knowing the consequences of virtualization of education at the level of Higher Education and contributing in the decision-making process aimed at improving educational quality. For the development of the research work, the non-experimental design has been used, using instruments for data collection through a documentary review guide, generating indicators that allow describing, analyzing and interpreting the behavior of the study variables. To test the hypothesis, the t-test for the difference of paired means was used. Finally, it is concluded that virtual teaching has had a significant effect on the learning process of students, in students of the third and fifth academic period it was the positive effect; and in the second and sixth periods the effect was negative. In the case of the students of the first and fourth periods, the effects were not significant; Therefore, the administration of the educational institution must direct efforts to strengthen the digital infrastructure for the use of technological tools and Internet connection, as well as the management of virtual classroom platforms and videoconference applications, aimed at improving the educational quality of the institution.
