dc.descriptionThe present study Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen had as objective to determine characteristics of consumption of Antimicrobial in the National Hospital-ESSALUD during the year 2007. The population in study was shaped by all the computerized records of the patients hospitalized in the Service of Medicine III consumed Antibacterial in the National Hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen-ESSALUD during the year 2007, where it was investigated: Monthly consumption of Antimicrobial, expressed in daily definite dose (DDD) for 100 beds - days, trend of the consumption of antimicrobial, cost of the monthly consumption, consumption of antibacterial according to pharmacological group, consumption according to age, sex and diagnosis. The consumption of Antimicrobial in the National Hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen - ESSALUD during the year 2007 is 1.73 DDD/100camas-día that corresponds to him to the Ceftriaxona; of equal form it is the antibacterial more consumed during the time of study. The antibacterial one that generated major expense was the Vancomicina originating an expense of S/79894.68. The trend in the consumption of antimicrobial, is not depending on the time, except Ceftazidima and Clindamicina. The most frequent diagnoses associated with the consumption of Antibacterial in the National Hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen - ESSALUD during the year 2007 was: Blood poisoning of the Diabetic foot (84.55 %), chronic Colecistitis (3.49 %) and Pielonefritis (3.32 %).es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar las características de consumo de Antimicrobianos en el Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen– ESSALUD durante el año 2007. La población en estudio estuvo conformada por todos los registros informatizados de los pacientes hospitalizados en el Servicio de Medicina III que consumieron Antibacterianos en el Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen– ESSALUD durante el año 2007, en donde se investigó: consumo mensual de Antimicrobianos, expresado en dosis diaria definida (DDD) por 100 camas-día, tendencia del consumo de antimicrobianos, costo del consumo mensual, consumo de antibacterianos según grupo farmacológico, consumo según edad, sexo y diagnóstico. El consumo de Antimicrobianos en el Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen– ESSALUD durante el año 2007 es de 1.73 DDD /100camas-día que le corresponde a la Ceftriaxona; de igual forma es el antibacteriano mas consumido durante el tiempo de estudio. El antibacteriano que generó mayor gasto fue la Vancomicina originando un gasto de S/79894.68. La tendencia en el consumo de antimicrobianos, no está en función del tiempo, excepto Ceftazidima y Clindamicina. Los diagnósticos más frecuentes asociados al consumo de Antibacterianos en el Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen– ESSALUD durante el año 2007 fueron: Septicemia del pie Diabético (84.55%), Colecistitis crónica (3.49%) y Pielonefritis(3.32%).es_ES
