The objective of this research work was to evaluate three levels of inclusion of cane bagasse flour, on the yield of the production indexes in guinea pigs at the beginning and growth stage, which was developed in the Vista Florida Agricultural Experimental Extation of Chiclayo .40 weaned male guinea pigs were used, distributed in four treatments level 0%; two%; 4%; and 6% sugarcane bagasse flour, each treatment with 10 repetitions. They were housed in cages built 33cm wide x 45cm long and 45cm high. A completely randomized statistical model and the 5% Tukey test were designed. The weight gain in the two stages of development was evaluated, in each treatment, the level of food consumption, food conversion and economic merit for each of the productive stages. Finding a statistical difference in the start phase according to the value of (p = 0.0003), which does not exist (p <0.0866). With a food conversion in the beginning phase of; T2 = 1.24 was the best; in the growth phase it was; the T3 = 2.00 the one that stood out the most. In the initial stage, food consumption was higher in treatment 3 (576.60g); and the lowest consumption was treatment 1 (517.56g), in the growth stage food consumption was higher in T3 = 1955.7g, with respect to what was consumed by the control treatment of 1882.2g. The economic merit of the guinea pigs that were fed with 4% cane bagasse flour (HBC), in the beginning stage it is highlighted that the cost benefit was better treatment 1 with 4.45 soles, while in the growth stage it was better Treatment 1 with 2% of (HBC), 3.65 soles.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar tres niveles de inclusión de harina de bagazo de caña, sobre el rendimiento de los índices productivos en cuyes en la etapa de inicio y crecimiento, la cual se desarrolló en la Estación Experimental Agraria Vista Florida de Chiclayo. Se utilizaron 40 cuyes machos destetados, distribuidos en cuatro tratamientos nivel 0%; 2%; 4%; y 6% de harina de bagazo de caña de azúcar, cada tratamiento con 10 repeticiones. Se alojaron en jaulas construida de 33cm de ancho x 45cm de largo y 45cm de alto. Se diseñó un modelo estadístico completamente al azar y la prueba de Tukey al 5%. Se evaluó la ganancia de peso en las dos etapas de desarrollo, en cada tratamiento, el nivel de consumo de alimento, la conversión alimenticia y el mérito económico por cada una de las etapas productivas. Encontrando una diferencia estadística en la fase de inicio según el valor de (p=0.0003). Con una conversión alimenticia en la fase de inicio de; T2=1.24 fue la mejor; en la fase de crecimiento fue; el T3=2.00 la que más resalto. En la etapa de inicio el consumo de alimento fue mayor en el tratamiento 3 (576.60g); y el menor consumo fue el tratamiento 1 (517.56g), en la etapa de crecimiento el consumo de alimento fue mayor en T3= 1955.7g, con respecto a lo consumido por el tratamiento testigo de (1882.2g). El mérito económico de los cuyes que se alimentaron con 2% harina de bagazo de caña (HBC), en la etapa de inicio se destaca que el costo beneficio fue mejor el tratamiento 1 con 4.45 soles, mientras que en la etapa de crecimiento fue mejor el tratamiento 1 con 2% de (HBC), 3.65 soles.es_PE
