| dc.description | Abstract Objective: To determine the production cost and propose the tariff for a pit and fissure sealant in first permanent molar in a rented private dental office in the district of Trujillo in 2016. Material and method: This is a basic, descriptive and cross-sectional investigation. Surveys were conducted in a simple of 27 registered dental surgeons in the department of La Libertad with rented private dental office in the district of Trujillo. Descriptive measures (mean and standard deviation) were used for the statistical analysis. To complete the analysis, the linear correlation coefficients and a linear regression model were obtained. Results and conclusions: It was determined that for the realization of a pit and fissure sealant in fist permanent molar the average cost of the real matter is S/. 4.08 ±1.96 ($1.48 ± 0.6) and, the average cost of the ideal matter is S/. 23.52 ($7.28). The average real expenditure is S/. 2.62 ± 1.66 ($ 0.81 ± 0.51) and the average ideal expenditure is S/. 13.00 ($ 4.02). Thus calculating that the real total cost is S/. 7.42 ± 2.59 ($ 2.30 ±0.80) and the ideal total cost is S/. 36.52 ($ 11.31). Finally, it is proposed a real tariff of S/. 16.86 ($ 5.22) and a ideal tariff of S/. 83 ($ 25); also it is established a model of lineal regression for the total real expenditure: Y= 0.793 + 1.01 X1 (real matter cost in $) with a R2=0767. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | Resumen Objetivo: Determinar el costo de producción y proponer la tarifa de un sellante de fosas y fisuras en primera molar permanente en consultorio dental particular rentado en el distrito de Trujillo para el año 2016. Material y método: La presente es una investigación básica, descriptiva y transversal. Se realizaron encuestas en una muestra de 27 cirujanos dentistas colegiados en el Departamento de La Libertad y con consulta particular en local rentado en el distrito de Trujillo. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizaron medidas descriptivas (media y desviación estándar). Para completar el análisis, se obtuvieron los coeficientes de correlación lineal y un modelo de regresión lineal. Resultados y conclusión: Se determinó que para la realización de un sellante de fosas y fisuras en primera molar permanente el costo promedio del insumo real es de S/. 4.08 ±1.96 ($1.48 ± 0.6) y, el costo promedio del insumo ideal es de S/. 23.52 ($7.28). El promedio del gasto real es de S/. 2.62 ± 1.66 ($ 0.81 ± 0.51) y el promedio del gasto ideal es S/. 13.00 ($ 4.02). Calculando así que el costo total real es de S/. 7.42 ± 2.59 ($ 2.30 ±0.80) y el costo total ideal es de S/. 36.52 ($ 11.31).
