dc.descriptionThe objective of this study, is Justify of the Profile of the Graduate of the Agroindustrial Engineer of the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo based on an Analysis of its Resources, also obtain a referent of Management Indicators that evaluate the performance of the professional career. The Justification of the Profile of the Graduate was determined by a three-step analysis: in the first step, was identified the Resources of the Infrastructure, Equipment, Personnel and Workload possessed by the Escuela de Ingeniería Agroindustrial in the academic semesters 2016 - I, 2016 - II and 2017 - I. In the second step, obtained the School Management Indicators, the most important were: Demand for Computer Use was 97,44% (2016 I); 69,23% (2016 II) and 86,54% (2017 I), Ratio Administrative / Student was 1/34 (2016 I), 1/50 (2016 II) and 1/25 (2017 I) and the Ratio Student / Teacher was 13,2 (2016 I); 14,0 (2016 II) and 15,1 (2017 I). In the third step, it was justified if it is true or not that the Agroindustrial Engineer's Graduate Profile based on the School Resources. Finally, it is concluded that the Resources of the Escuela de Ingeniería Agroindustrial in the evaluated semesters of 2016 I, 2016 II and 2017 I did not justify the Profile of the Graduate of the Agroindustrial Engineer of the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo, Justificar el Perfil de Egreso del Ingeniero Agroindustrial de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo en base a un Análisis de sus Recursos, así mismo obtener un referente de Indicadores de Gestión que permita evaluar el desempeño de la carrera profesional. La Justificación del Perfil de Egreso se determinó mediante un análisis de tres etapas: en la primera etapa se identificó los Recursos de Infraestructura, Equipamiento, Personal y Carga horaria que poseía la Escuela de Ingeniería Agroindustrial en los semestres académicos 2016 – I, 2016 - II y 2017 - I. En la segunda etapa se obtuvo los Indicadores de Gestión de la Escuela, los más resaltantes fueron los siguientes: Demanda de Uso Informático fue de 97,44% (2016 I); 69,23% (2016 II) y 86,54% (2017 I), Ratio Administrativo/Estudiante fue de 1/34 (2016 I), 1/50 (2016 II) y 1/25 (2017 I) y el Ratio Estudiante/Docente fue de 13,2 (2016 I); 14,0 (2016 II) y 15,1 (2017 I). En la tercera etapa, se justificó si se cumple o no el Perfil de Egreso del Ingeniero Agroindustrial en base a los Recursos de la Escuela. Finalmente se concluye que los Recursos de la Escuela de Ingeniería Agroindustrial en los semestres evaluados del 2016 I, 2016 II y 2017 I no justificaron el Perfil de Egreso del Ingeniero Agroindustrial de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.es_PE
