Abstract
La presente investigación fue realizada en el río Parcoy, tramo Yuracyacu – Laguna de Piás.
El objetivo principal fue describir el comportamiento del flujo por efectos de encauzamiento
del río Parcoy, tramo Yuracyacu – Laguna de Piás, 2023. Para ello, se utilizó un diseño no
experimental, transversal, la recolección de datos se realizó por observación directa y
revisión documental, y los datos se analizaron mediante estadística descriptiva. El problema
son las inundaciones que ocurre debido al desborde que sufren los ríos y la escasa
investigación realizada, particularmente en el río Parcoy, que desemboca en la laguna de
Piás, y pasa en su curso por importantes comunidades y yacimientos mineros, y no cuenta
con investigaciones de su cuenca. La velocidad, tirante de agua y numero de Froude
presentan valores frecuentes a lo largo del tramo del proyecto de encauzamiento para
diferentes caudales de diseño. Se describió el comportamiento del flujo del río por efectos
de encauzamiento en un proyecto de defensas ribereñas en las zonas susceptibles a la
inundación y se concluyó que el río presenta un flujo no permanente, variado y de régimen
subcrítico para todos los caudales de diseño, excepto para el caudal de diseño
correspondiente a un periodo de retorno de 500 años que presenta un flujo no permanente,
variado y de régimen supercrítico.
This research was carried out on the Parcoy river, Yuracyacu – Laguna de Piás section. The main objective was to describe the flow behavior due to the channeling effects of the Parcoy River, Yuracyacu – Laguna de Piás section, 2023. To this end, a non-experimental, crosssectional design was used, data collection was carried out by direct observation and documentary review, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The problem is the floods that occur due to the overflow of the rivers and the little research carried out, particularly in the Parcoy River, which flows into the Piás lagoon, and passes through important communities and mining deposits, and does not have research on its basin. The velocity, water tension and Froude number are frequent values along the section of the channelling project for different design flows.
