dc.descriptionThis thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of poor interpersonal relationships influencing the school violence of students in the 3rd year of Secondary School in the “I.E. JEC Abel Toro Contreras” of the District of Pacanga - Province of Chepén. The type of applied research has been considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 84 students, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research: Statistical method and technique to the survey, and the qualitative research: inductive - deductive method; and as techniques direct observation and interview. From the results obtained, it can be shown that these investigated students maintain poor interpersonal relationships and these significantly influence school violence. This situation translates into physical and psychological aggressions among classmates, violating self-esteem and generating learning problems for victim and victimizer students. Finally, we recommend that educational authorities should hold meetings with teachers and parents to guide them on the importance of preventing school violence, together with students to improve the family climate and determine the support that should be given to families. with this type of problem that affects school performance. dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia de las deficientes relaciones interpersonales en la violencia escolar de los alumnos del 3° año de Secundaria en la “I.E. JEC Abel Toro Contreras” del Distrito de Pacanga – Provincia de Chepén. Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como base un diseño explicativo, y la muestra constó de 84 alumnos, con los cuales se trabajó aplicando los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cuantitativa: Método estadístico y como técnica a la encuesta, y la investigación cualitativa: Método inductivo – deductivo; y como técnicas la observación directa y la entrevista. De los resultados obtenidos se puede demostrar que estos alumnos investigados mantienen deficiente relaciones interpersonales y estos influyen significativamente en la violencia escolar. Esta situación se traduce en agresiones físicas y psicológicas entre compañeros de clase, afectando la autoestima y generando problemas de aprendizaje de los estudiantes tanto víctima como victimarios. Finalmente recomendamos que las autoridades educativas deben realizar reuniones con los docentes y padres de familia para orientarlos sobre la importancia de la prevención de la violencia escolar, juntamente con los estudiantes para mejorar el clima familiar y determinar el apoyo que se le debe dar a las familias con este tipo de problema que afecta el rendimiento escolar.
