dc.descriptionThis thesis entitled "THE ACQUISITIONS AND PROCUREMENT PROCESS AND ITS INCIDENCE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE NATIONAL SUPERINTENDENCE OF PUBLIC RECORDS – REGISTRY OFFICE Nº V TRUJILLO - YEAR 2017", has its field of study in the Procurement Office or the Body in charge of Contracting , which is in charge of carrying out all the Acquisitions and Contracts that the identity requires in a fiscal period, in order to satisfy the needs of the user areas, since it has the responsibility to formulate the Annual Plan of Contracting of the entity. The Requirements Table is an essential tool for the elaboration, approval and publication of the Annual Plan of Contracting, since the person in charge of the Procurement Office or Body in charge of Contracting, in coordination with the user areas, consolidates and valorizes the procurement of goods, services in general, consultancies and projects, that the Registry Office Nº V – Venue Trujillo needs during the fiscal year. The objective of the research was to determine the incidence of procurement processes and hiring in the Administrative Management of the Registry Office Nº V – Venue Trujillo, and the hypothesis is that if the procurement and contracting process were properly implemented, it would have a positive impact on the Administrative Management of the Registry Office Nº V – Venue Trujillo. The technique used in the present investigation was the survey that consists of 15 questions, which was aimed at employees of the entity, so as to be able to determine the Process of Acquisitions and Contracting and its incidence in the Administrative Management of the Registry Office Nº V – Venue Trujillo.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente Tesis titulada “EL PROCESO DE ADQUISICIONES Y CONTRATACIONES Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA NACIONAL DE LOS REGISTROS PUBLICOS – ZONA REGISTRAL N° V SEDE TRUJILLO – AÑO 2017”, tiene su ámbito de estudio en la Oficina de Abastecimiento o el Órgano Encargado de Contrataciones (OEC), la cual está encargada de realizar todas las Adquisiciones y Contrataciones que la entidad requiera en un periodo fiscal, para así satisfacer las necesidades de las áreas usuarias, ya que éste tiene la responsabilidad de formular el Plan Anual de Contrataciones (PAC) de la entidad. Siendo el Cuadro de Necesidades un instrumento indispensable para la elaboración, aprobación y publicación del Plan Anual de Contrataciones (PAC), ya que el responsable de la Oficina de Abastecimiento u órgano Encargado de Contrataciones (OEC), en coordinación con las áreas usuarias, consolida y valoriza las contrataciones de bienes, servicios en general, consultorías y obras, que la Zona Registral N° V – Sede Trujillo necesite durante un año fiscal. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la incidencia de los procesos de adquisiciones y contrataciones en la Gestión Administrativa de la Zona Registral N° V – Sede Trujillo, y la hipótesis es que si se implementara adecuadamente el proceso de adquisiciones y contrataciones, tendría una incidencia positiva en la Gestión Administrativa de la Zona Registral N° V – Sede Trujillo. La técnica que se utilizó en la presente investigación fue la encuesta que consta de 15 preguntas, la cual estaba dirigida a los trabajadores de la entidad, para así poder determinar el Proceso de Adquisiciones y Contrataciones y su incidencia en la Gestión Administrativa de la Zona Registral N° V - Sede Trujillo.es_PE
