dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar la viabilidad de la instalación de un relleno sanitario tomando en cuenta los factores económico-ambientales en el distrito de Chepén, se desarrolló el estudio de prefactibilidad bajo un diseño de estudio no experimental y transversal, el tipo de investigación fue aplicada, el método de investigación fue deductiva. Para la recolección de información de las variables se utilizó un cuestionario de encuesta con 8 preguntas cerradas, y la matriz de Leopold, se tomó una muestra de 373 contribuyentes. Los resultados del estudio se obtuvieron mediante el análisis estadístico descriptivo de las variables y el análisis de ingeniería económica referente a la evaluación privada del proyecto. El monto total de inversión del proyecto asciende a S/ 3 672 255, el VAN del proyecto es negativo, la TIR es menor el capital de trabajo y la relación beneficio costo es de 2,79; la evaluación ambiental identificó 50 impactos negativos, controlables, y 40 impactos positivos, se planteó un plan de mitigación de impactos negativos reduciendo un 60% y consolidación de impactos positivos. Del estudio se concluyó que es viable la instalación de un relleno sanitario tomando en cuenta los factores económico-ambientales en el distrito de Chepén.
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research work was to determine the feasibility of installing a sanitary landfill taking into account economic-environmental factors in the district of Chepén, the pre-feasibility study was developed under a nonexperimental and cross-sectional study design, the type research was applied, the research method was deductive. For the collection of information on the variables, a survey questionnaire with 8 closed questions was used, and the Leopold matrix, a sample of 373 taxpayers was taken. The results of the study were obtained through the descriptive statistical analysis of the variables and the analysis of economic engineering referring to the private evaluation of the project. The total investment of project amounts to S/3 672 255, the NPV of the project is negative, the IRR is foulter than the cost of capital and the benefit-cost ratio is 2,79; the environmental evaluation identified 50 negative, controllable impacts, and 40 positive impacts. A plan was proposed to mitigate negative impacts reduce in 60% and consolidate positive impacts. The study concluded that the installation of a sanitary landfill is viable taking into account the economic-environmental factors in the district of Chepén.
