| dc.description.abstract | El estudio trata en determinar la incidencia del proyecto de factibilidad de la palta hass en el crecimiento sostenido de AGRO NORTE CORP SAC, Año 2022. Se recopiló la información necesaria, a través de entrevistas, encuestas, observación directa, análisis documentario y de contabilidad e investigación bibliográfica, para conocer sobre la viabilidad del proyecto de factibilidad de la palta hass, arribando a la conclusión sobre la instalación de 200 hectáreas de la palta hass y el crecimiento sostenido; concluyéndose que: el proyecto de factibilidad es viable y exitoso y si incide a su crecimiento sostenido. La inversión total es de U$D 4,317,670.79 dólares americanos, el cuál será financiada el 40% con aportes de socios y el 60% con un préstamo bancario, a pagarse a partir del cuarto año se proyecta su pago en los 6 años siguientes en el cual se proyectó la recuperación de la inversión. Se recomienda que la gerencia y funcionarios, deberán seguir controlando la gestión y monitoreo de la etapa de instalación y cultivo durante los 3 primeros años, en forma continuada y seguir con el mismo interés a partir del cuarto año en la cual el cultivo empieza la etapa de producción, también buscar oportunamente la comercialización del producto para el mercado internacional y nacional para obtener los ingresos necesarios que permitirán obtener rentabilidad que incidirá en su crecimiento sostenido. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The study seeks to determine the impact of the hass avocado feasibility project on the sustained growth of AGRO NORTE CORP SAC, Year 2022. The necessary information was collected through interviews, surveys, direct observation, documentary and accounting analysis and bibliographic research, to learn about the feasibility of the hass avocado feasibility project, arriving at the conclusion about the installation of 200 hectares of hass avocado and sustained growth; concluding that: the feasibility project is viable and successful and does affect its sustained growth. The total investment is U$D 4,317,670.79 US dollars, which will be financed 40% with contributions from partners and 60% with a bank loan, to be paid from the fourth year, its payment is projected in the following 6 years in the which the recovery of the investment was projected. It is recommended that management and officials should continue to control the management and monitoring of the installation and cultivation stage during the first 3 years, continuously and continue with the same interest from the fourth year in which the cultivation stage begins of production, also seek to timely market the product for the international and national market to obtain the necessary income that will allow obtaining profitability that will affect its sustained growth. | |
