dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre motivación y desempeño laboral en el trabajo remoto de la Institución Educativa Privada Ai Apaec - Trujillo-2021; se empleó un diseño cuantitativo, tipo correlacional -transversal, la técnica fue la encuesta y se usó el instrumento del cuestionario, se conformó la población por los docentes y el personal administrativo, auxiliares en educación siendo 76 colaboradores. El resultado que se obtuvo fue que se determinó la relación directa y significativa entre la motivación y el desempeño laboral del personal de la Institución Educativa Privada Ai Apaec- Trujillo-2021 (p= value 0.000<0.05; Rho Spearman= 0.843). Y el 44.7% del personal manifiestan una motivación y un desempeño laboral en el trabajo remoto a nivel regular, seguido del 28.9% a nivel bajo y 7.9% a nivel alto.es_PE
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The present investigation was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship between motivation and job performance in remote work at the Ai Apaec Private Educational Institution - Trujillo-2021; a quantitative design, correlational-cross-sectional type was used, the technique was the survey and the questionnaire instrument was used, the population was formed by teachers and administrative staff, assistants in education, being 76 collaborators. The result obtained was that the direct and significant relationship between motivation and job performance of the staff of the Ai Apaec-Trujillo-2021 Private Educational Institution was shown (p= value 0.000<0.05; Rho Spearman= 0.843). And 44.7% of staff show motivation and work performance in remote work at a regular level, followed by 28.9% at a low level and 7.9% at a high level.
