dc.descriptionThe present investigation evaluated the increasing effect of dose of bigger elements in the performance and contents of stevioside in Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni in Trujillo, La Libertad. It evaluated four treatments and three repetitions for treatment were distributed in a design by blocks complete at random (DBCR). The results of each experiment were examined by means of the ANVA to 95 % of confidence to determine statistical differences between the treatments and Duncan's proof of multiple ranges to determine the best treatment. It tested four doses of fertilization of the bigger elements N P K Ca Mg, 80-10-60-10-5 (T1), 100-20-80-30-10 (T2), 120-30-100-40-15 (T3), 140-40-120-50-20 (T4). The characteristics evaluated were fresh weight and day of stems, sheets, roots, and the contents of stevioside, they evaluated three competitive plants for repetition in each treatment. The results obtains were analized using the SPSS program version 21 of the IBM company, They evaluated three competitive plants for repetition in each treatment, They were a total of three plots of land (repetitions) for each treatment, making out of a total nine plants evaluated by treatment. It was determined that the main elements of increasing doses producing similary effects on dry leaves, stems and roots of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni in Trujillo La Libertad. However, at the level of leaf area and stevioside content they produced different effects highlighting 120-30-100-40-15 (T3) treatment with doses greater leaf area (17.34 cm) and presented higher content of stevioside (10.8 – 12 g %es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación evaluó el efecto de dosis crecientes de elementos mayores en el rendimiento y contenido de esteviosido en Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni en Trujillo, La Libertad. Se evaluaron cuatro dosis de fertilización de los elementos mayores N-P-K-Ca-Mg, 80-10-60-10-5 (T1), 100-20-80-30-10 (T2), 120-30-100-40-15 (T3), 140-40-120-50-20 (T4) con tres repeticiones que fueron distribuidos en un diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar (DBCA). Los resultados de cada experimento fueron analizados mediante el ANVA al 95% de confianza para determinar diferencias estadísticas y la prueba de rangos múltiples de Duncan para determinar el mejor tratamiento. Las características evaluadas fueron peso fresco y seco, de tallos, hojas y raíces, y contenido de esteviosido, se evaluaron tres plantas competitivas por repetición en cada tratamiento. Los datos obtenidos se analizaron empleando el programa SPSS versión 21 de la compañía IBM, fueron un total de tres parcelas (repeticiones) por cada tratamiento. Se determinó qué dosis crecientes de elementos mayores produjeron similar efecto en el peso fresco y seco de hojas, tallos y raíces de Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni en Trujillo, La Libertad. Sin embargo, a nivel de área foliar y contenido de esteviosido produjeron efectos diferentes destacando el tratamiento con la dosis 120-30-100-40-15 (T3) que presentó mayor área foliar (17.34 cm2), y mayor contenido de esteviosido (10,8 – 12 g%).es_PE
