dc.descriptionThis descriptive research was developed in 2019, through the sample of 27 older adults who are part of the CAC (Chronic Adult Portfolio) program of the I LA Esperanza Hospital – ESSALUD. This research report was carried out with the aim of analyze the influence of poor family support on the adhesion of the treatment of the elderly, allowing situations that positively or negatively affect the physical, emotional, social well-being of the older adult. The methodology applied was based on inductive-deductive and ethnographic methods which allowed us to interpret, study, organize and analyze the influence that family support has on the continuity and persistence of treatment for older adults. The techniques and instruments used made it possible to obtain both quantitative and qualitative data from the research group. The results obtained in this research confirm the hypotheses raised, because poor family support influences adherence to treatment, expressed both in non-compliance and non-persistence of treatment.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación de tipo descriptivo, se desarrolló en el año 2019, a través de la muestra conformada por 27 adultos mayores que forman parte de los talleres del programa CAC (Cartera del Adulto Crónico) de el Hospital I LA Esperanza – ESSALUD. Este informe de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia del deficiente soporte familiar en la adhesión del tratamiento del adulto mayor, permitiendo las situaciones que afectan de manera positiva o negativa al bienestar físico, emocional y social del adulto mayor. La metodología aplicada se basó en los métodos inductivo–deductivo y etnográfico lo cual nos permitió interpretar, estudiar, organizar y analizar la influencia que tiene el soporte familiar en la continuidad y persistencia del tratamiento de los adultos mayores. Las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados permitieron obtener los datos tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos propios del grupo de investigación a través de la observación, entrevista, encuesta y para el sustento teórico la recopilación bibliográfica. Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación confirman las hipótesis planteadas, puesto que el deficiente soporte familiar influye en la adhesión al tratamiento, expresada tanto en el incumplimiento y la no persistencia al tratamiento.es_PE
