Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como título Estereotipos de género y violencia transfóbica hacia las mujeres transgénero de la Organización No Gubernamental Féminas, Distrito Pueblo Libre, Lima y se encuentra enfocado en identificar como los estereotipos de género repercuten en la violencia transfóbica ejercida a las mujeres trans de la Organización Féminas Perú. La presente investigación se contó con una muestra de 45 mujeres transgénero que participan activamente en la organización, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario y una entrevista no estructurada que permitió conseguir información favoreciendo conocer los diversos factores que influyen en la violencia transfóbica. Acorde a los resultados obtenidos en la aplicación de los instrumentos, se pudo concluir que los estereotipos tienen una alta incidencia en la violencia transfóbica que sufren las mujeres transgénero desde el inicio de su transición hasta el día de hoy.
ABSTRACT The title of this research is “Gender stereotypes and transphobic violence towards trans women of the Féminas Non-Governmental Organization, Pueblo Libre District, Lima” and is focused on identifying how gender stereotypes impact transphobic violence against women. trans from the Féminas Perú Organization. The present investigation included a sample of 45 transgender women who actively participate in the organization, to whom a questionnaire and an unstructured interview were applied that made it possible to obtain information that helped to understand the various factors that influence transphobic violence. According to the results obtained in the application of the instruments, it was concluded that stereotypes have a high incidence in the transphobic violence suffered by transgender women from the beginning of their transition to the present day.
