dc.descriptionThe present research aims to determine the "Incidence of the Minimum Living Wage in the Unemployment Level in Peru, Period 1992-2016", analyzing the evolution of both variables in period of time separately, then analyze the incidence that the Minimum Living Wage has on Unemployment in Peru, according to the data found in the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics and the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion. According to statistical analysis, the hypothesis that the Minimum Living Wage has a negligible impact on the variation of the level of Unemployment in Peru is corroborated with the data of the Peruvian economic reality. The conclution is that the incidence that the wage has on unemployment is not significant research in the period of study because there are several factors that influence the level of unemployment such as: fiscal policy, monetary policy, foreign trade policy, but mainly economic growth which is the new way of managing business organizations.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación pretende determinar la “Incidencia del Salario Mínimo Vital en el Nivel de Desempleo en el Perú, Periodo 1992-2016”, analizando la evolución de ambas variables en dicho periodo de tiempo por separado, para luego analizar la incidencia que el Salario Mínimo Vital tiene sobre el Desempleo en el Perú, según los datos encontrados en el Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática y en el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo. A través del análisis estadístico, la hipótesis de que El Salario Mínimo Vital incide de manera poco significativa respecto a la variación del nivel de Desempleo en el Perú es corroborada con los datos de la realidad económica peruana. El estudio concluye que en el periodo de estudio existen varios factores que influyen en el nivel de desempleo como son: política fiscal, política monetaria, política de comercio exterior, pero principalmente el crecimiento económico que es la nueva forma de administrar las organizaciones empresariales.es_PE
