Abstract
El presente informe de investigación, tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional y de
corte transversal se realizó con el personal administrativo del hospital distrital de
Julcán, con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y
satisfacción laboral en el personal del área administrativa del mencionado hospital. La
muestra estuvo constituida por 20 trabajadores a quienes se les aplicó los instrumentos
sobre clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral, para la correlación de variables se
utilizó la prueba paramétrica Chi cuadrado, llegando a los siguientes resultados: El
clima organizacional en los trabajadores administrativos del hospital de Julcán 2023
se encontró que el 65,0% de los trabajadores refieren percibir un clima
organizacional favorable y el 35,0% desfavorable, La satisfacción laboral de los
trabajadores administrativos del hospital Julcán 2023 se encontró que el 55,0% de los
trabajadores refieren insatisfacción laboral y el 45,0% mostraron estar satisfechos.
Existe relación significativa entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral,
aplicando la prueba estadística del chi cuadrado se encontró en valor de p=0.007
This research report, quantitative, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional, was carried out with the administrative staff of the Julcán district hospital, with the objective of determining the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in the staff of the administrative area of the aforementioned hospital. .
