dc.descriptionThis research is quantitative, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional, was conducted during 2016 with the purpose of determining the relationship that exists between psychological factors: anxiety and depression with the level of coping of the patient with breast cancer, Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases North. The sample universe consisted of 50 patients to whom two surveys were applied: one to identify the psychological factors and another to measure the level of coping. The results obtained are the following: 70% of women with breast cancer have anxiety, and 30% depression; 70% of women with breast cancer have a regular coping level, 20% have a high level of coping and 10% have a low level of coping; a highly significant relationship was found X2 = 17.69 p = 0.05 between the psychological factors: anxiety and depression with the level of coping of the patient with breast cancer.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación es cuantitativa, descriptiva, correlacional y de corte transversal, se realizó durante el año 2016 con el propósito de determinar la relación que existe entre los factores psicológicos: ansiedad y depresión con el nivel de afrontamiento de la paciente con cáncer de mama, Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas Norte. El universo muestral estuvo conformado por 50 pacientes a las cuales se les aplicó dos encuestas: una para de identificar los factores psicológicos y otra para medir el nivel de afrontamiento. Los resultados obtenidos son los siguientes: el 70% de mujeres con cáncer de mama presenta ansiedad, y 30% depresión; el 70% de mujeres con cáncer de mama presenta nivel de afrontamiento regular, el 20 % nivel de afrontamiento alto y 10% nivel de afrontamiento bajo; se encontró relación altamente significativa X2 = 17.69 p = 0.05 entre los factores psicológicos: ansiedad y depresión con el nivel de afrontamiento de la paciente con cáncer de mama.es_PE
