| dc.description | The purpose of the present quantitative, Pre-experimental investigation was to determine the effectiveness of the Nursing Ministry, on the level of knowledge of home care and stress level of the family caregiver of the postoperative cataract patient by phacoemulsification. The sample consisted of 34 family caregivers of patients operated on for cataract phacoemulsification randomly selected at the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital during the months of March to April 2016. For the statistical analysis, the T-Student test was used for the related samples, with a level of significance of 5%. Results Before the application of the nursing advice to the relatives, the level of knowledge of post-operative cataract care of the family caregiver was low (11.76%), medium (41.18%) and high (47.06%). After the application, the level of knowledge of the family caregiver was medium (2.94%) and high (97.06%). With respect to family family stress level was severe (5.8%), moderate (61.76%) and low (32.35%). After counseling, the family member at the stress level was moderate (29.41%) and low (70.59%). Conclusion. Nursing counseling is effective in raising awareness and reducing the stress of the family caregiver. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación cuantitativa, Pre experimental tuvo como propósito determinar la efectividad de la Consejería de Enfermería, sobre el nivel de conocimiento del cuidado en el hogar y nivel de estrés del cuidador familiar del paciente postoperado de catarata por facoemulsificación. La muestra estuvo conformado por 34 cuidadores familiares de pacientes operados de catarata por facoemulsificación seleccionados aleatoriamente en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray durante los meses Marzo a Abril del año 2016. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba de T-Student para muestras relacionadas, con un nivel de significancia de 5%. Resultados. Antes de la aplicación de la consejería de enfermería a los familiares, el nivel de conocimiento de cuidados post operatorios de catarata del cuidador familiar fue bajo (11,76%), medio (41.18%) y alto (47.06%). Después de la aplicación, su nivel de conocimiento del cuidador familiar fue medio (2.94 %) y alto (97.06%).Con respecto a su nivel de estrés del cuidador familiar fue severo (5.8%), moderado (61.76 %) y bajo (32.35%). Después de la consejería el cuidador familiar su nivel de estrés fue moderado (29.41 %) y bajo (70.59%). Conclusión. La consejería de enfermería fue efectiva en el aumento de conocimiento y la disminución del estrés del cuidador familiar. | es_PE |
