dc.descriptionThe present investigation to evaluate the effect of an acidifier on the productive performance of yield broiler of the Cobb 500 genetic line.To determine the productive yield of broiler chickens the following indicators were evaluated: gain of weight, food consumption, feed conversion, mortality and economic merit. 880 birds were evaluated, in an equal and aleatory way, in 4 experimental treatments to which were the acidifier was through the drink water in an unique dose (1Lt for each 1000Lt of water) and in different periods (T01, control , Without acidifier; T02, of 0 to 21 days and of 41 to 45 days; T03, of 0 to 28 days and of 41 to 45 days and T04, of 0 to 45 days). To each treatment it was given 5 different diets, which possessed equals levels of energy and protein for the 4 treatments. As promoter of growth Lincomicina was used, to reason of 4.4 g / TN of food, from 0 to 40 days of age. Daily was registered the food consumption and the mortality. To the reception, weekly and to the 45 days of age it was controlled the food consumption and weight of the birds. For the analysis of results, the software Microsoft Excel 2003 was used and the statistical program SPSS version 14.0 for Windows, being obtained the following results: It was concluded that the best earnings of weight were in the treatments to which were given the product, being better T04 until in 6.30% regarding T01, in a same way, the best final weight presented it T04 being this until in 6.20% better regarding the treatment control T01. Statistically the best treatment was T04 (p <0.05), not presenting differences concerns T03; However both went statistically different to T02 and to T01. The best food consumptions were presented in the treatments to which were given the product, being better T02 until in 3.88% with regarding T01. The best feed conversions presented them the treatments to which were given the acidifier by more time, being T03 (1.81) the best until in 3.47% regarding T01. The best mortalities presented them T03 and T04, being these until in 55.56% better regarding T01. As much for the weight gain as for the food consumption, feed conversion and the mortality, statistical differences were not presented among the treatments (p <0.05). The best economic merit T03 presented it, being until in 11.12% better regarding T01.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar el efecto de un acidificante sobre el rendimiento productivo de pollos de carne de la línea Cobb 500._x000D_ Para determinar el rendimiento productivo de los pollos se evaluaron los siguientes indicadores: ganancia de peso, consumo de alimento, conversión alimenticia, mortalidad y merito económico. Se evaluaron 880 aves distribuidas, de manera equitativa y aleatoria, en 4 tratamientos experimentales a los cuales se les suministró el acidificante a través del agua de bebida en una dosis única (1Lt por cada 1000Lt de agua) y en periodos diferentes (T01, control, sin acidificante; T02, de 1 a 21 días y de 41 a 45 días; T03, de 1 a 28 días y de 41 a 45 días y T04, de 1 a 45 días). A cada tratamiento se suministró 5 dietas diferentes, las cuales poseían niveles isoenergéticos e isoprotéicos para los 4 tratamientos. Como promotor de crecimiento se utilizó Lincomicina, a razón de 4.4g /TN de alimento, de 0 a 40 días de edad. Diariamente se registró el consumo de alimento y la mortalidad. A la recepción, semanalmente y a los 45 días de edad se controló el consumo de alimento y peso de las aves. Para el análisis de resultados se utilizó el Software Microsoft Excel 2003 y el programa estadístico SPSS versión 14.0 para Windows. Obteniéndose los siguientes resultados: Se concluyó que las mejores ganancias de pesos se encontraron en los tratamientos a los cuales se les suministró el producto, siendo mejor T04 hasta en un 6.30 % respeto a T01, de igual modo, el mejor peso final lo presentó T04 siendo este hasta un 6.20% mejor respecto al tratamiento control T01. Estadísticamente el mejor tratamiento fue T04 (p<0.05), no presentando diferencias respecto T03; sin embargo ambos si fueron estadísticamente diferentes a T02 y a T01. Los mejores consumos de alimento se presentaron en los tratamientos a los cuales se les suministró el producto, siendo mejor T02 hasta en un 3.88% respecto a T01. Las mejores conversiones alimenticias las presentaron los tratamientos a los cuales se les suministró el acidificante por más tiempo, siendo T03 (1.81) el mejor hasta en un 3.47% respecto a T01. Las mejores mortalidades las presentaron T03 yT04, siendo estos hasta en un 55.56% mejores respecto a T01. Tanto para el consumo de alimento como la conversión alimenticia y la mortalidad, no se presentaron diferencias estadísticas entre los tratamientos (p<0.05). El mejor mérito económico lo presentó T03, siendo hasta en un 11.12% mejor respecto a T01es_PE
