dc.descriptionABSTRACT The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of determining the influence of the application of the "MIPOLES" program in the development of leadership in the members of the School Municipality in the secondary level of the Jesús María de Chachapoyas Seminar Educational Institution in 2016. type of study was experimental with pre-experimental design, the methods Deductive-inductive and Statistical-descriptive and inferential were used, the sample population was constituted by 22 students’ members of the School Municipality and section delegates, four instruments were applied to measure the development of leadership in the dimensions Empathy, 28 items, Assertiveness 15 items, Solidarity 18 items, Active Listening 18 items. The results obtained were satisfactory of 64% medium level, 73% high level was obtained with the application of the "MIPOLES" program, to test the hypothesis we used the Student T whose found value was 9,359 higher than the Student T table of 1,721; with a significance of 0.000 being below the raised of 0.05; concluding that the application of the "MIPOLES" program markedly improved the leadership development in the members of the School Municipality of the Jesús María de Chachapoyas Seminar Educational Institution in 2016.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN La presente investigación fue realizada con la finalidad de determinar la influencia de la aplicación del programa “MIPOLES” en el desarrollo del liderazgo en los miembros del Municipio Escolar en el nivel secundaria de la Institución Educativa Seminario Jesús María de Chachapoyas en el año 2016. El tipo de estudio fue el experimental con diseño pre- experimental, se empleó los métodos Deductivo-inductivo y Estadístico-descriptivo e inferencial, la población muestral estuvo constituido por 22 estudiantes miembros del Municipio Escolar y delegados de sección, se aplicó cuatro instrumentos para medir el desarrollo del liderazgo en las dimensiones Empatía, 28 ítems, Asertividad 15 ítems, Solidaridad 18 ítems, Escucha Activa 18 ítems. Los resultados obtenidos fueron satisfactorios de un 64% nivel medio se logró un 73% nivel alto con la aplicación del programa “MIPOLES”, para contrastar la hipótesis se utilizó la T Student cuyo valor encontrado fue de 9,359 mayor a T Student tabla de 1,721; con una significancia de 0,000 encontrándose por debajo de la planteada de 0,05; concluyendo que la aplicación del programa “MIPOLES” mejoró notoriamente el desarrollo del liderazgo en los miembros del Municipio Escolar de la Institución Educativa Seminario Jesús María de Chachapoyas en el año 2016.es_PE
