Abstract

INTRODUCTION: The problematic reality is exposed, where the justification and importance of studies related to the problem raised is addressed, where the negative influence that leads to offending behaviors in adolescents is shown; The theoretical framework that serves to establish the conceptual bases of the study is also included. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The methodology is presented, which shows how the study was carried out, the methodology used, the instruments, the general objective and the specific objectives of the research. PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF RESULTS: The results are presented, where the statistical tables are exposed, as well as graphs where the numerical and percentage data of the adolescents is evidenced, referring to age, sex, place of origin, degree of education, as well as well as the degrees and dimensions of family factors, and the degree of influence of criminal behavior. To obtain results, two instruments were applied that made it possible to measure the variables Family Factors (Steinberg Parenting Styles Questionnaire - 1992) and Criminal Behaviors (Rubini and Palmorani Criminal Conduct Questionnaire - 1993), where it is shown that there is a predominance of the parenting style Permissive within the research group, which promotes a higher incidence of criminal behaviors with 61% of a group of 38 adolescents, a situation that is manifested in their actions and behavior, which means that there is no control of adolescents, norms and rules are not established within their families, generating disorganization in the family. The conclusions we arrived at in the investigation are presented, as well as the recommendations. Contains the sources of bibliographic and documentary information. Annexes pertinent to the investigation are attached.
