dc.descriptionLa presente tesis contiene información sobre la importancia de conocer los procesos incurridos dentro del área de Logística – Almacén, y como estos tienen bastante influencia con la productividad de la empresa, se utilizará la metodología de gestión de procesos, para obtener un impacto positivo en la productividad. Se realizó un análisis de todos los procesos, con un estudio de tiempos respectivo, para saber con exactitud cuál de todos los procesos es el que afecta la productividad del área Logística – Almacén, y el de la empresa. Se encontró que en el rediseño del proceso de Recepción y almacenaje de materiales, influye en el funcionamiento del proceso de Atención de requerimientos, procediendo a un rediseño de este ultimo; causando una reducción en el tiempo estándar de dicho proceso, haciendo más productiva el área. A través del desarrollo de esta tesis se obtuvo otros beneficios, como la propuesta de utilizar nuevos códigos de materiales (los denominamos en esta tesis códigos de ubicación), para facilitar la búsqueda del artículo durante el proceso de Atención de requerimientos, así como también una nueva distribución del almacén con referencia a dichos códigos. También la propuesta de esquematizar a todos los procesos del área para hacer el trabajo mas formal y utilizarlos como guía para los empleados que laboren dentro del área Logística – Almacén.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis thesis contains information on the importance of knowing the processes incurred within the area of logistics - Warehouse, and how they have enough influence with the productivity of the company, the methodology of process management will be used to obtain a positive impact on the productivity. It has been madean analysis of all processes, with respective time study, was conducted to know exactly which of the processes is affecting the productivity of the logistics area - Warehouse and the company. It was found that in the process redesign reception and storage of materials influences the functioning of Care process requirements, undertaking a redesign of the latter; causing a reduction in the standard time of this process, making it more productive the area. Through the development of this thesis other benefits, such as the proposal to use new codes of materials (we call this thesis location codes), to facilitate the search of the article during the process of care requirements, it was obtained as well as a new distribution warehouse with reference to these codes. The proposal also outlines all processes to make the area more formal work and use them as a guide for employees who work within the logistics area - Warehouse.es_ES
